Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

Go anywhere else. The staff always seems unhappy, and tired. The floor's been wet the last 2 visits, a yellow caution sign in the wrong place, again. Nobody seems to be addressing the problem, only highlighting the symptom. I wanted to go one more time before writing a review, as they're so close to my home, and I'm sad to say it's just not worth the visit, as it's been for quite a while now. The 12 Taco Supreme pack I ordered, a ridiculous price of $28! Nothing else was ordered, just the taco's, It took 10 minutes to place the order due to the cashier being pulled between drive thru, and register duties, that's not ok, not for her, and not for the customers, not for the franchise.. The quality of food is exactly as it has been forever, mediocre, dull, regretful...however, the the last couple visits, it's been cold, very SOGGY, and I honestly don't think $28 for 12 soggy, tasteless taco's is worth the effort. For half that, anyone could make REAL taco's at home, which is what I usually do, this was purely for the review. Home made taco's leave one with meal that's memorable to every one that eats it, taste, quality, very simple goals for taco's! They shouldn't be remembered for sogginess, being over-priced, and having to deal with rude(unintentionally I believe) people. That will be our last visit, I feel it's justified. It's not a meme that Taco Bell is great when you drink, you have to drink to enjoy Taco Bell! I want to be clear, the staff was kind, I only say "rude", because unattentively taking 4 trips back from the drive-thru while I'm speaking, when I already knew what I want(my only question was the difference in price with extra sour cream), disinterested, and not at at all happy to be working there, which I understand, but one can try. Being pulled between multiple stations is not a healthy way to spend hours on your feet. I can't tell you why the food was cold, which is odd because it's a 2 minute ride drive from home. It is simply a badly run location, as are most, I can't tell much difference between any of them, unprepared staff, and less than adequate food for the price. Still edible, but why bother...go to Wawa and get 4 incredible hamburgers...

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I ENCOUNTER AT THIS TACO BELL WAS TONIGHT. I WENT IN THE DRIVE THRU AND ORDERED SOME RATTLE SNACK FRIES. WHEN I GOT HOME I HAD FRIES WITH SOUR CREAM, TOMATOES, SOUR CREAM, AND SOME TYPE OF CHEETOS SAUCE ON THE,. DEFINITELY NOT RATTLE SNACK FRIES. I CALLED THE LOCATION AND SPOKE WITH THE MANAGER. AS I'M EXPLAINING TO HIM THAT THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER, HE HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. ME THINKING HE ACCIDENTALLY HUNG UP, I IMMEDIATELY CALLED BACK. THIS TIME HE FORWARDED MY CALL TO VOICEMAIL. AT THIS POINT I GOT IN MY CAR AND WENT BACK TO THE LOCATION WITH RECEIPT AND FRIES IN HAND. LOBBY DOORS WERE CLOSED. THEREFORE I GOT OUT MY CAR AND WALKED TO DRIVE THRU WINDOW. I TOLD THE MANAGER THAT HE NEEDED TO FIX MY ORDER OR GIVE ME A REFUND BECAUSE THIS WAS NOT WHAT I ORDERED. HE IMMEDIATELY SLAMMED THE WINDOW AND CALLED 911. WITHIN 10 MINS A POLICE CAME AND I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HIM. HE WENT INSIDE THE TACO BELL AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND HE GAVE ME MY MONEY FOR THE FRIES. WHY DID IT TAKE ALL OF THAT TO GET MY ORDER CORRECT OR TO GET ME REFUND. THIS MANAGER WHOM I DIDN'T GET HIS NAME WAS VERY RUDE AND HAD THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED IN LIFE. This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to in the country. Consistently the worst. I’ve had 1 maybe 2 decent experiences here. Food is often cold, the burritos are the wrong size (often tiny value menu sized when I’m paying $5 for a burrito), I’ve been charged for a salsa verde sauce multiple times when It’s supposed to come with the specific menu item ordered, staff is incredibly slow (slowest I’ve ever experienced), the first few bites are always just tortilla. Truly the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever had and I eat a lot of Taco Bell. One thing about me. I telll everyone how horrible this specific location is. I don’t ever leave reviews but this location has been trash for 2.5 years now consistently….a review was warranted. Unfortunately I never learn my lesson and keep coming back because of the convenience. Idk if management needs to be trained, or you need competent staff but I can’t deal with the mid.
