Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Alaiedon Township

Be extremely careful when ordering online. I ordered a #8 and after eating it I couldn’t tell you what was in it. Absolutely no idea. Was there ham or tuna? I will never know. Why? Because I didn’t specify only mayo so they made it “Mike’s way” swimming in oil and vinegar. The bread was very soggy before I took a bite. I should have drank a bottle of salad dressing for lunch, it would have tasted the same.

Worst sandwich ever!!!! So disappointed! Last time I order anything but a Philly cheesesteak, at least that they don’t drown in unnecessary oil and vinegar.

15 minutes after eating half the sandwich (if you can call it that) the horrible oil and vinegar taste will not go away…. What should have been a great lunch on a really cold day sits half uneaten in my garbage pail. At one hour and the horrible taste still lingers.

My iced tea and pretzels taste like oil and vinegar. Two life savers have not helped.

Jersey Mike’s is a FAMILY FAVORITE in my house and we probably eat here more than any American Family! We all prefer the Mike’s Philly sandwich; both the chicken and the steak! But when we want something different, it’s definitely the tuna as they use albacore tuna. Their ingredients are sourced from a high quality provider and that is apparent with your first bite!! This particular store in Okemos, Michigan employs friendly and attentive people that make me feel welcomed from the moment I walk in the door and appreciated for my business time and time again! If by chance they make a mistake, they are happy to make it right immediately I never wait too long (even when the line is hanging out the door!). 1st time trying Jersey Mike’s, HANDS DOWN THE BEST DELI SUB EVER!!! I was fortunate enough to meet the owner Ron today, he suggested the #13, I was NOT disappointed!!! I’ve ate at Katz Deli in NY, they (Katz) don’t come close to the flavor, perfect portions of items and taste!!! Oh, and DON’T even get me started on “The Juice”!!! My tongue was BEGGING for more!!! You BEST be getting yer subs done “Mike’s Way”, absolutely the perfect sub! The store was clean, staff was top notch, if I have a free day I will be there from open til close and have ALL my meals there!
