Hello?! It's all in the name. Wine and waffles! I came solo when I needed some quiet time right when they opened and had this bowl of sangria which was really good. I also had the waffle fries and chicken and waffle sliders with maple syrup! And the wakes are the same ones served at Ole's Waffle Shop next door if I an not mistaken. And they are passkey the best waffles I've ever had. Very homemade. Yum! Fun music playing and nice waitress. She checked on me just enough. They are actually having an event tonight pairing Girl Scout cookies with wine which sounds fun.

Love love love this little place on Alameda. The staff is awesome helps suggest things if your not for sure which wine or even food to order. They also serve a selection of beer. There happy hour is even available on the weekends which gives you a good sample of things that are popular from food to wine that you may be interested in trying. I'd definitely come back heard it cab get crowded certain days of the week. We'll worth my early Saturday evening.

Wonderful! Good food, good service, and great price. My family came here for my sister's birthday and brought our lil doggie along too. They put 2 tables together fo us and there was a water bowl and biscuits available for our dog. Everything we orsered was fantastic and they were very attentive. Make sure to try their waffle concoctions with a fine wine.

I've been anticipating Wine & Waffles opening as soon as I saw the sign a bit ago. It wasn't until this past weekend I was able to visit!

There was a live singer/pianist that made the atmosphere very fun and relaxing. We chose a seat near the electronic fire, on the couch. Service was so friendly and helpful with any questions we had about the menu and the wine. There was a baked oysters special that we decided to try, along with waffle fries with bleu cheese fondu. For wine, we decided on a pinot gris.

They actually were short of 2 oysters from our order, so they took $2 off. The oysters were tasty! The waffle fries were delicious and went well with the wine!

Bottles were reasonably priced and a nice selection.

Will...

I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I took my mom here and was on the fence about coming in because we are not wine lovers but the owner came out to talk to us and was so sweet we were swayed to give it a try. They gave us complimentary samples, the waffles were delicious, and the staff was the kindest I have encountered since moving to the bay area. They have a cute dog friendly patio and keep a full water bowl out front for any dogs walking past the restaurant needing a drink. Prices were reasonable and even if they were higher I would go just to support people who seem to genuinely like making...

Everyone was really friendly. I mean... you were wondering if you were being-punk'd-or-something-so-friendly. We met friends for wine... and waffles...

Atmosphere was casual, trendy, intimate... someone was playing the piano (that was nice).

The wine was great, the sommelier was enthusiastic, we had some wine we liked and some we didn't... that's the point of trying new wines isn't it?

The chicken and waffles were OFF. THE. CHAIN. Some of the best that I have ever had. Crispy chicken, on top of thin and crispy waffles. AMAZEBALLS.

The chicken and waffles are...
