I my daughter and I walked in to buy three Bundlets for a special occasion. There were three staff members there, and we were the only customers in the store. The store is so small the staff could hear our conversation and would gather that we were trying to pick out the correct flavors for the special occasion. Only one employee said hello not one of them offered to help us I had to ask the guy working there if he was ready to help me. He asked if I was a military teacher. Avoid online ordering at this location! We scheduled a delivery for our twins' birthday party at school a few days in advance. I even called to confirm it could be delivered at a certain time (near the end of the day for a class party). Fast forward to their birthday, the kids' teacher called and said their treats never arrived. Needless to say, the kids were incredibly upset that their party never happened. We missed a class party last year due to pandemic, so they were eagerly anticipating this one. Such a great experience! Was referred to this business by a family member and I couldn’t be more pleased. Placed an online order for pick-up and they had such a detailed section on how the packaging would be decorated (by choice) and even a comment section. Hubby wasn’t having a good day so I wrote in that comment section asking the business to add any positivity they could send his way, and let me tell you.. THEY DELIVERED.
