Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Alamo

The atmosphere there is a bit off there's time I go there and it's not the employees or managers it the people who are there I always order the same small combo and get it perfectly but the issue I see with the other customers is they don't want to wait for chicken and complain and get mad at the minors like if they are the ones cooking the food and it's not just the front inside its the drive thru as well I constantly see the employees look stressed out cause I eavesdrop the orders sometimes and it sounds like a lot of people like to change they orders constantly I don't know, you guys do amazing to me so if people are complaining they are childish...

I buy a meal x 19.99 but the coleslaw was in bad conditions . The chicken was overcook and looks old and greasy. I call to the store I make like 15 call so the manager in shift name Cristian mata tell me she needs to know how many pieces I eat before because she can give chicken free because cameras . So I live like 7 miles from the store I explain what happen and she to be honest I fell she don't care say me bring the chicken to confirm you don t eat lol really ....sad I say her I take pict but she say no you need to bring the chicken back so really she don't want to help me out .please don't go church's chicken manager don't care about...

Went to buy chicken & stayed at the order station for about 10 minutes , i called to ask if they were still open KNOWING they close at 10. I moved to the window & the manager said i sold out of chicken theres nothing left! Which onviously we all know its not true it was almost going to be 10pm & didnt even offer to throw some chicken for us! Besides that i have ordered there before they forgot a coleslaw , i went back to nicely ask about it & all they did was take my receipt , went to get the cole slaw and have it to me with attitued. Not even a sorry ma'am. They are so rude besides that they answer you...
