The last time I ordered online arrived 20mins later and they didn’t have my order and said to ask for a refund online but I never got refunded. It was only 12$ so I took my losses and I thought I would give them another chance so I came to the drive through today only to wait over half an hour when all I Ordered was a quarter pounder no cheese no sauce, a spicy crispy, fries and a mcfrappe drink- they made me park in a spot while I watched many other cars order, get their food and take off as I waited. When my order arrived the gal was quick to give me my bag and get back inside before I could check everything to make sure in fact got what I wanted but what I got was quite the opposite. The Fries are soggy--my Mc frappe was already melted and all my quarter pounder had was cheese, ketchup and mustard exactly what I asked to exclude. The Mc crispy had nothing but cheese. Isn’t your stuff supposed to include lettuce and tomato’s atleast? Didn’t get any of that. No wonder the girl was so quick to get back inside, this is embarrassing. What I got was old, wrong, yucky and expensive! What the heck you guys? I paid way too much for this- do you not carry lettuce and tomato? Why did I have to wait so long for this? Didn’t get back in line because it was really long although I don’t see how-there will be no third time visit and I recommend you avoid the Alamosa McDonald’s like the black plague. Read moreI’m very disappointed in this establishment. We were in line for about an hour. When we finally got to the speaker to order we waited for about another 15 min before we were even greeted. All we ordered was two Oreo McFlurry and small fry. We then waited for another 15 min before we reached the window. We get to the window and the lady on duty. “Light complected,long blondish hair, kinda had a limp, believe she was a manager by shirt she had on. She made eye contact with us multiple times and yet did not have any customer service nor courtesy to greet us nor make us feel comfortable. I could tell she was short staffed but a simple “hi how are you guys tonight? Sorry for the wait we are short staffed but will try and get to you as fast as we can!” That would have made a world of a difference and would have brought more understanding. I asked nicely because of such the long wait if we were going to be Compensated for the long wait like a simple discount or something. She rudely said I’m not doing anything for you because there is only two ppl working ! It don’t matter what business it is you don’t talk to your customers like that . Let me give another lesson. She could have said I’m sorry for the inconvenience we are short staffed and I will do my best to get your order out to you. Unfortunately I can’t give u a discount but I will do my best to make sure i can get your order out quickly. Customer service can make a huge difference please teach your staff basic manners. Read moreExtremely disappointed with the service we received. We ordered smoothies and coffees something that's shouldn't take long but we ended up waiting for over 20 minutes. When we finally got our orders my coffee was still missing and they had to go back in and make it. If you HAVE to get coffee go to the Burger King across the street.
2 years later and their service is still absolutely horrible. Two ladies were sitting at the first window fiddling around, playing with their hair and talking, not ready to take payment. There was a huge line behind me and as I drove forward as told by the employee who took my order, the cashier got mad. If her or the other employee were doing their job there wouldn't have been any issues or long lines. When you don't do your job, especially in the fastfood industry, chaos occurs.The cashier was not very respectful, and then they wonderful why the customers give them a hard time.
After getting out of my vehicle in line and walking to the window to pay for my order, I politely told the two ladies, "Make sure that the customer knows which window to go to and to be ready to take their payment."
There's this very lazy, I don't care mentality. You can't have that when working with customers.
