Papa Murphy's Take-n-Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Alamosa

Good pizza with awesome customer service.

I had a problem with the baking tray burning, but once I made the manager aware of this she IMMEDIATELY made it right.

The problem was where I placed the pizza in the oven.

I had a thin crust pizza and according to the directions I placed it on the bottom rack of the oven @ 425°. We have a new oven so we are still learning all the little tricks of this new oven. As a result the baking tray burned.

I made the store Manager aware of this and she recommended to place the pizza on the middle oven rack. She gave me a new pizza (free) and some cookie dough (free) as a make good.

This time the pizza came out perfect!

I commend the store Manager for her customer service and will definitely come back!

I have never bought a fresh take and bake pizza.... after one experience I’m completely converted. It is an VERY high quality pizza. I really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it to others. It’s much better than delivery pizza.

I also got a salad and I was shocked at how good the salad was and how big they are for the price. Really great value.

Oh, and the staff were super helpful and nice. The location was clean and easy to get parking.

We have ordered from this location many times until today things took a turn. The short bald headed manager and punk kid in the store tonight came close to something bad happening in the store, manager grabbing my buddy and the kid lunging and hit me I didn't step foot in door all because disagreement over phone app didnt work and we didnt want to pay twice for a pizza.
