Crazy Corner Cafe — Restaurant in Alamosa

When I called to order the lady was very rude I asked for one meal than she tried giving me a wait time and I was like I need a B burrito and she literally said oh my god like I bothered her to do her job. Than when I went and picked up order she was the only one working with the place being full. She literally didn’t acknowledge me or even be like can you hold on be right with you nothing than when she finally brought out my food she didn’t say a word but turned the machine around and asked if I wanted to leave a tip so I put entered and didn’t put nothing in the tip and she got extremely irritated that I didn’t leave a tip. I’m sorry you were rude with me from the moment I order and didn’t even change your attitude when I came in and you except a tip I’m sorry if you were rude on the phone only I might of left one but it just continued to go...

We wanted to try this place as we were passing through Alamosa based on the good reviews. Sadly, we didn’t get to eat here so I can’t personally rate the food but I can tell you about the service! It was TERRIBLE! We sat ourselves as instructed by the sign at the front. Waited 20 minutes, without the server acknowledging us as she kept passing our table. Another couple walked in 20 minutes later, were greeted with a friendly smile and given menus. We got up and walked out. Very friendly and amazing food! Owners were so nice and helpful. We had beef burrito plate and wow was it tasty. Beef taco plate and crisp flavorful and seasoned just right huevos rancheros were awesome I had red and green we also had the chicken fried steak and it was mouth watering too. We also had a cup of menudo and were surprised at how flavorful it was as well. Don’t pass this place by. You have to try it. This is a amazing hidden gem! I will find a reason to come back...
