Hi there,

I just wanted to reach out and say how disappointed I am after my recent visit. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and it honestly makes me sad to even have to write this.

There was a woman working — she had a blonde pixie cut and glasses — and she was incredibly rude. Her attitude made it feel like she didn’t want to be there at all, and I left feeling really uncomfortable and unwelcome. That’s not something I’ve ever experienced with you before, which is why it really stood out.

I came in planning to grab an iced coffee as a surprise treat — something I’ve done plenty of times before with no issue — but I ended up having to change my order to something “less complicated” just to avoid any more attitude. It completely took the joy out of the visit.

This location is one of the best coffee drive-thus in town. We go out of our way to get coffee from this location since it is not close to our house. The main barista girls here makes my Breves and my wife's Iced Americano so perfect it just makes a great start to our day! Not too sweet and the shots are pulled right creating a nice coffee aroma even after all the milk and syrups are mixed in. Even their sister location down the street can't compare! Some of the newer girls are learning the ropes and improving their Barista art. The owners should know how much coffee connoisseurs appreciate and value...

Today I pull up and there’s few cars ahead of me. A new car shows up and apparently knows the driver ahead of me and proceeds to drive his vehicle over, pass his bank card through the car window to the driver ahead of me so all orders for both cars can be done. I’m watching this all in plain sight, basically the car behind was allowed to cut my place in line. when I finally get to the window, the barista claims to not have seen it.
