The gal at the window once I came to the window said “I have so many orders, I don’t know what you ordered. Tell me what you ordered. She had the correct drinks in front of her, I am not sure why she couldn’t repeat it to me. When I was placing my order she was rude and almost as if I was bothering her. I asked her name and she said she is the manager, carissa? She looked around as if she was not being honest. On the receipt the name says the employees name is Marites D. I do not believe that she was she was the manager. After I asked her name, she closed the window. When she came back she was apologetic and said the system went down. She asked me if I wanted sauce. Gave me the sauces and said have a nice day. Then a coworker of hers handed her a bag as I turned to let her know I was missing a burger, she said no, just the burger. She put her hand in the bag and handed me the burger and apologized again. I know how hard it is to hire employees and they show up to work. This was frustrating to watch because there was absolutely no customer service until she noticed I took my phone out to scan the QR code. I really hope the manager takes the time to train her employees and remind the employee that customer service is their job. It is what they applied for. It’s not always a bad thing to give your name. Feedback is good. It helps with training. I will come back to this establishment only because my employees asked for the burger waffle fries and shake. I just hope they work on...
Read moreI ordered online and went to pick up. The lady at the drive-thru was rude and never said hi, sorry and bye but i understand you had to hire people who were not supposed to be hired especially in this season. They didn't have my order and gave me a wrong one at first. I said i got a wrong order and they asked me what i ordered and i showed my confirmation email with a list of orders, burger with lowcarb, Monster Biscuit and onion rings with bbq sauces. But she didn't read it well and gave me a wrong one in the second time and i said it's wrong again. And i verbally reminded her what i ordered and she said no worries, it will be coming out. And at the Third time, i didn't check it up and just left because i thought they at least have a modicum of common sense. And when i came back home, i got a burger, onion rings and a raw onion in a box instead of a Monster Biscuit. RAW ONION in a box. Besides, All the foods; bacon, patties, cheese and even the onion rings were not warmed up and cold like they just came out from its storage. (As you see the photo, the cheese wasn't melt, fat on the patty wasn't melt and looks horrible.) I think they were upset to me and tried to piss me off. And congratulations! You guys made it. These foods are not eatable at all and i threw them all into...
Read moreThey can maybe be easily five stars when they have a complete staFF/crew that's been there and knowledgeable and have a good work ethic, and that is sometimes but it being a busy fast food restaurant with a high employee turnover rate, it can sometimes feel like a chaotic training ground. Yet, with it's convenient central midtown location with different businesses in every direction, and it's nicely sized parking lot and indoor dining areas and it's brightly colored attire usually kept nice and tidy given the amount of customers coming and going solo or in parties to either; dine-in and sit down and eat at a table, eat in their vehicle(s) in the parking lot outside or just to order and pick up through the drive-thru and drive and eat elsewhere : to me are five stars. The only thing for me that brings it down to four ( but not always ) is trained/knowledgeable staFF and the too often seemingly random quality of the availability of menu items and their presentations. ( Yet sometimes just great... ...yet if i go there and it stays weLL and consistent consecutively 4-5 times in a row and i'LL up my rating and edit my coMMent...) ( & They are a little pricey but they are...
