Great Alaska Pizza Co — Restaurant in Alaska

I've been ordering pizza from these guys for 4 years. The last 3 times the pizza has been crap! They are making and baking the pizzas before they are ordered. For the last 2 orders I placed, the order taker said he had one coming out of the oven. I live one mile away and was there within 7 minutes. The pizza had been sitting for some time and was already cold, on both occasions. This is NOT how to do business if you want returning customers. Get it together or I will go somewhere else. You have great pizza so please don't screw it up!!!

I should give 1 star, but when they bake it in a timely fashion, it is fantastic and 5-star pizza. Trust me, I will NOT leave their store with a cold...

I called to make an order for delivery. The guy on the phone was very rude and didn’t understand how to talk to people. Two hours later I called back and was told that the order was placed as a pick-up. From the original phone conversation it was clear that this would be a delivery order, I gave a drop off location. That’s how you lose customers in a free market. Go anywhere else...
