Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Alaska

Being in a demanding business and knowing how the human body reacts to hunger. We found that Papa Johns doesnt care about the consumer. After over 1hour and 20 minutes of waiting with employees staving and shift changes, Papa Johns delivered us a lukewarm nasty pizza that looks like it was sitting in the car for over an hour and a half. We called and told the GM the problem and request good pizza since thats what Papa Johns ALWAYS promotes with an addition to waiting SOOOO long a free bread sticks. He declined the bread stick request and stated the pizza was the ONLY thing he was going to do. I told him that we have waited a long time and the "pizza" wasn't going to be suffice since now we will be waiting for over "2 hours"!!!! Also told him that todays social media is horosius and very unforgiving for his decisions. We have ordered from Papa Johns almost every weekend for a long time and gave the GM a option to properly fix the problem or lose our business indefinitely. He didn't chose wisely. I am extremely dissatisfied with your customer service. 2 days ago I ordered food that was both incorrect and cold. I called immediately and they acted like it was an inconvenient thing to deal because they were closing soon. I waited 1hr and a half for my food, so sorry I had to call 30 minutes before closing. On top of the fact I didnt even get the pizza I ordered, I fail to see how they were inconvenienced. Finally just offered to throw on a quality guarantee for next order, because that would be easiest for them. So I call them up to check on that and they tell me it doesnt exist on my account. They have repeatedly put me on hold and have hung up on me several times after they ask me to explain the situation and then they ask me to wait one more second. In an attempt to find an inexpensive alternative for dinner, we tried to call the Northern Lights Papa John's. They abruptly told us to call the Old Seward location because they didn't deliver to our area (even though Google says they're the closest to us). So we called the Old Seward location, they RUDELY told us to call the Northern Lights location back. Oh boy. Finally, after calling them back they said out of courtesy they'd take our order, after explaining (as if it was our fault) that we were suppose to call the Boniface location...We've finally got our order in, now let's see if it was even worth the trouble! Thanks for doing us such a favor by taking our order, but seriously try good customer service in the first place to avoid polite "making up for it"...
