The customer service was horrible. I have never seen employees this rude and not care about a customer who actually gave a 15% tip before I even payed for the food, when ordering. Never seen someone ask for a tip before your experience, doesn't make sense. Wasn't even deserved by them. They forgot my onion rings I ordered, I let them know waited by counter for more than 5 minutes sat back down to eat my burger cause it was getting cold, then waited more, it never came. So went back up to counter and told them I asked once n they forgot again about my onion rings n that I was waiting over 20 minutes for onions rings and they didn't even apologize or put it on the house for their mistake twice!! Then when the onions rings were done they asked another customer making their order at the counter to bring my onion rings to me!! Another customer, thats just lazy, horrible service. I was apolled 😲, so they handed the new customer my onion rings to bring it to my table. I will never eat there again. I never felt so disrespected n it ruined my dinnerware my family. I left my tray at the table and one girl said u need to throw your tray away, I said your service was terrible, then she said well it looks like you got your onion rings!. The food was pretty good and the restaurant was clean. The staff were friendly.

This was our first time about BurgerFi, and to be honest I am not sure I would rush back. The food was pretty good, the the menu prices were a little high for my liking. Now they do offer a premium product over the many other fast food burger places, but I think it was still just a tad too high. We order 3 burgers, family fries, large onion rights and one drink and it was over $65.

The portion on the family fry was HUGE, much larger than I expected and the fries were tasty. They tasted very similar to something you would get from a chip truck not from a fast food place. The onion rights were huge in size, but lacking on the flavor. They are also incredibly greasy.

We had the CEO, Double Bacon cheese burger and the SWAG. They all had a good flavor, but given the price I would expect nothing less.

The staff were friendly, but they had a friend there and seemed more interested in speaking to their friend than they did to really engage the customer. They did take the time to help the customer, but it seemed a little more rushed than it ought to have been.

Our family comes here about once per week. Recently the staff have been rude and treat us like we are a burden. For example, last week they started closing up early and acted like we were over staying our welcome, but the place didn't close for another hour. I usually have to ask for someone to come to the front counter, and am more often than not met with rudeness or an apathetic "what do you want", when ordering. I've also overheard them complaining about customers on multiple occasions.

As for the food, it's a bit overpriced, but I can get past that. The most frustrating thing I've run into recently has been their MOLDY BUNS! I've had this happen twice now, both times at the Midtown location. It appears there is very little QC with the food. This is just what I could see, makes me wonder what else is rotton.

Today I had an employee come to the register (after I got their attention) throw their hat off to the nearest counter, and start rubbing their hair and face while they took my order. I had to ask them to wash their hands! 🤢

To sum this up, I don't trust the food coming out of here anymore and am not impressed with the service. I'd suggest skipping past this burger joint and going somewhere else if you...
