I enjoy their food but itâs the poor service that I got that really disappointed me. We got her as a caterer for my daughterâs birthday months before the occasion. Corresponding with her was very difficult. I understand that sheâs very busy with her daily food business but she agreed to cater for our event. The party venue was asking for her business insurance which she didnât have. The hotel was willing to work with her had she given the time to contact them. Several attempts were made to contact her both by phone and by email but she never responded. And because of this, we had to make a decision to change caterers very close to the event. I found her to be very unreliable and unprofessional. Itâs a good thing that Eric of Eldricâs and Lucky Kitchen were able to take over the catering of the event. Theyâre very professional aside from having very delicious food. For me, itâs not just the food thatâs important but also the service you provide...
Read moreThey were so kind. I had just gotten there as they were closing and said I'd buy anything for dinner as I had been looking forward to this all week. Their hours are Mon-Sat 12-6pm. They are closed on Sundays.
They gave me samples to try to make sure it was something I liked before buying. But honestly, I haven't had any Filipino food I've disliked.
The portions were huge. Definitely enough for 2-3 meals for me. The food was delicious and well priced.
I got the pork pulpog and pork adobo. I also had turon (casava dessert) and fried banana. Everything was delicious.
Great to take the food to Point Woronzof for a nice solo picnic in the sun and watch planes land.
I'm stuffed and happy I have dinner for tomorrow.
Highly highly recommend this food truck. It's definitely in the top...

The Shanghai lumpia is a must try, one of the best I've tasted even when compared to Chinese/Vietnamese eggrolls as well. Super tasty and didn't even need the sauce to stand out. I will be back next time to try the Garlic chicken/pancit noodles. This place is a definitely one of Anchorage's hidden gems.
Update: Went back 3 days later to try the garlic fried chicken. Absolutely demolished it. This is more my preference that I like less on the sweeter side and more garlic (being nitpicky here). It was delicious and I will be back again to try...
