Last Call Grill and Delivery — Restaurant in Alaska

I have ordered here at-least 5 times, my order was incorrect 4 out of the 5 times. Each time I ordered the side of mash potatoes and they would send me rice. We then would call them and tell them the mistake and they said they would try and make it right on the next order. Which they would up getting wrong. Don’t get me wrong the food is okay, but their service is Atrocious! The woman owner is a very rude person, and whoever the guy is who answers the phone and packs the order is extremely rude and acts like the world is his. Today we picked up our order, hoping that they would finally get it right and they did not put our sides in the bag again. So we called and asked them to remake or food because by the time we got our sides the food would be cold. They refused this. My husband went back to the restaurant to confront them, and again the man who answers the phone was very rude, which ended up making my husband mad. We are Uber/Lyft drivers and also DoorDash drivers and we were using word of mouth of advertisement to let people know about the food. That will not be the case anymore. I still can’t believe that they won’t try and fix a problem. We will never go there again. It’s is not because of the food but simply because of how each and every employee there is rude. Gregory the owner/cook might be the only person that deserves any respect. I hope the guy who answer the phones and packs up orders gets fired. He seems to also be drunk or high since he was slurring his words so bad you could barely understand him. That could explain why food takes so long and the right sides...

Family ordered a pick up order the other night when they arrived to pick up their order the parking lot was full of snow the parking spaces were not visible another customer came in with a mouth on her loudly saying “Who parked that way!” my husband just said “I did, the parking spots are not visible.” Then a colored man came out from the back and said “Your supposed to park in one the spaces not like that!” The cashier calmly said “yea you can’t really see the lines., with all the snow out there.” Kudos to the cashier for potentially your new customer for being nice to them. For an employee to be so rude is uncalled for. Don’t know if he’s the cook, dish washer, waiter but poor customer service if employees can come out from the back and be that way. My family said the food is good though. Do have one question- is all the food cooked on or out of the same Pan or on the grill and these items are they cleaned after each dish is made? There are people who have allergies to certain foods like shell fish or spices. We have two in our family allergic to shell fish still at a mild stage but when restaurants don’t pay attention to this...

This is probably the worst place I’ve gotten food from on multiple levels. First of all the person who seated us was very polite but the gentleman whom I believed to be the owner was rather rude to us. all of a sudden of coffee as it was late at night and we needed a little pick me up before our food and he made a snarky comment about us having him run all over the place. The reason he was running all over the places because he wouldn’t wait for us to finish telling him what we wanted before he would just take off to go get something only to come back to find out we needed more than one thing.

The second issue was the food. Don’t know how it was prepared but the very second I got home my stomach decided that it wasn’t going to wait To digest anything and instead it was just going to get rid of everything I had just consumed.

I like to support local businesses especially ones that are open late as my schedule sometimes is a bit hectic and I’m only able to grab food late at night at times however I will not be returning to this establishment along with the other five people that...
