Solid cup of coffee. 👍 Ethiopia Yirg, Traffic Stop Blend is a Colombian 2-way. (Pourover + bag). 17:1 ratio was ok, but I probably should have checked the grind size (being a little extra). Coffee with a purpose. Previously, Uncle Leroy. We found this shop delightful. It was so comfy and welcoming that my wife didn't want to leave. The staff were training during our visit. I had an 8oz Americano. Very good. Aftertaste of fruit & spices I've never tasted before in an Americano. Not sure if it's all from the beans or if they add in essences of flavors, but it was really good! Shop is large with plenty of seating. Looked to have a stage area for performers. Shop is easy to miss, too. Sign is kinda hidden by the trees. Only thing I'd suggest is to use warm lighting for a cozier feel than the harsh white lights that make it seem sterile. What an unexpected gem of a coffee shop!

We were not expecting such an impactful experience. The latte was delicious with house-made flavored syrup (bourbon) and maple cold foam. We had a sourdough chocolate chip cookie warmed... So good!

We read the mission statements and stories on the various displays. It was an emotional experience. Coffee with a mission!

There's a kids area and a few families were hanging out while the big people drank coffee. Plenty of seating....
