McDonald's — Restaurant in Alaska

I usually don’t write for reviews but for this one. I am this has been one of my favorites for as long as I can remember, but the last few times I have been here it gets worse and worse today I went. I got a 10 piece McNugget with a large fry, and I ordered my fries with extra salt and when I got them, they were cold dry and stale. They had no salt on them and my nuggets were the same. They were cold. They weren’t even dry. They weren’t even hot. They are warm. it’s disgusting. Every time I come here all the workers have an attitude like I am usually a regular and I usually know what I’m getting but they’ve been worse and worse. Every time I’ve come here they need to learn to get their attitude fixed before I come and stop, going to their location because the way they acting towards me and other people is literally disgusting. They need to work on their attitude and I got gave me my cup. Had water already went to fountain drinks. and I dumped out my water and I got a Coke and I always do this. I always dumped out my water because I don’t want water. I only get them because they’re free. I don’t care and one of the coworkers said to another worker that I dumped up my water and got a drink. I’ve done this multiple times and everyone else I know probably has. It’s literally fine. It’s not the end of the world and need to learn to respect people because a lot of people have money to spend it more and more expensive every time I go there and there’s no reason they need charging for sauces. This is the last time I’m going to fix their attitude problems and everything else because the way they are treating me and other peoples is the worst way to ever treat someone disgusting every time I go there my food is out at 10. I was born and raised over on Dearmoun so this has been the McDonalds my family has always gone to if we ever wanted fast food. Today my sister and I stopped by for some fries and were really embarrassed at what we saw. We ordered inside and upon receiving our order, we noticed it wasn't correct. We kindly told the lady at the register and she apologized. She was obviously training so we really didn't mind. People make mistakes. Her supervisor, Larry, came over after she asked him for help and was extremely rude to her about messing up our order. My sister and I couldn't believe it. He chewed out this poor girl and said horrible things to her in front of everyone. He was very, very rude. Then he told us that she rang us up wrong so that is the food we get and our order wasn't changed. We were very embarrassed. The employees at McDonalds, and anywhere else, should work as a team and help each other out. The supervisor there was just wrong and before we left we apologized to the girl training for what had happened to her as a result of our trying to fix our order. Terrible. Just terrible. The wait in the drive thru was 25 minutes. Our order went to the vehicle in front of us. When the folks working the window realized they had given our order away, they all had a great laugh and took an extra several minutes getting our order together only after demanding I provide my receipt. When we did get food it was cold. Hard to understand cold fries when the place is busy enough to warrant 25-30 minute waits. Too bad the owners just spent so much money on the nice remodel. From where I was sitting looking in thru the drive-up window you could see that the floors were dirty and the place disorganized.
