We ordered take out and in total spent 60 dollars. The most expensive item were the 20 piece mild buffalo wings we ordered. We have ordered from them for years and never had a problem. We order the same thing every time. Today we got the wings and when I opened the box they were not sauced...literally, just fried wings. I called to let them know and they said that is just how the mild wings come. I asked with no sauce and she said they have sauce it's just really mild. I told her there was absolutely NO SAUCE and she continued to tell me that is just how they come. She said just order extra sauce next time. She did not try and rectify the situation but instead put the responsibility on me. What happened to taking pride in the food you put out and serve? We have noticed that the food has gone down in quality right before covid happened. Thank you for the years of good food and service that we did have. We will no longer be patrons. Edit* After posting this review I opened my salad box expecting the Mediterranean salad that I ordered only to find a shrimp Ceasars salad. I AM ALLERGIC TO SHRIMP! I called back and again she put the responsibility onto me. She said to me, "ma'am you called an hour and a half after you ordered." I told her that was because it took that long to get my order. She told me that is what I ordered and I told her I NEVER would being I'm allergic. I asked to speak to a manager and she hung up on me. What kind of service is this? Really...60 dollars for food that I cannot eat. I have worked for the service industry for several years...my husband was a chef...this is absolutely 💯 percent not how you...
