Update: + 2 stars because Qdoba Customer Service(National) contacted me quickly, and have made things right.
12/27/2021 Service has gone waaaaaaay down in this place. The last three times I've gone to this location, they insist on giving us old under-the-counter coagulated queso. When you open it up, it has a thick layer of plasticized cheese. Today we ordered two orders of chips and mild queso among other things. They pulled out the old queso again, and told us it's fresh again. Guess what..... it's hella old again. One was mild and one was spicy. I ordered both mild. Why argue with a customer that eats here frequently, when they politely ask for fresh queso......... if the employee would have made them fresh like we asked, they both would have been mild like we requested. Also the area that food is prepared for customers, is absolutely filthy😔
When you have paying customers in front of you waiting, don't keep repeatedly skipping them with doordash orders. These real in your presence customers, physically took the time to come to your establishment to do business.... instead of sitting on a couch playing on a...

Tonight I wouldn’t say they were, the person starting all of the orders started one of the two things are I wanted. After he made the first he continued with an online order and didn’t ask me if that was all I was getting. The person at the next station asked me what was on the first thing I ordered and I let them know that I had another item, which meant that he had to start it. Once he had finished my order and I waited to be checked out and the person checking people out was putting online orders before the people in front of them. He said I just need to bag this up before I check you out, he proceeds to Bagget and then a DoorDash driver comes in that he tends to. Once he got their order another DoorDash driver came in that he dealt with as well. The person at the previous station had to check me out. Read moreI used to come often to this location because they had great service but the past 2 times I’ve been in lately have been upsetting experiences. That place is a joke. You can’t tell who’s in charge, all of the employees were unorganized, there was about 6 or 7 of them working and it still took a while. My order was messed up twice, the employee had one of her headphones in, she never greeted me or asked what I wanted. She would just stare at me waiting for me to answer, she actually waved at me when she finally was ready to take my order. I didn’t want to hold up the line so I just paid for my food and left.
