Starbucks — Restaurant in Alaska

Ordered a specialty coffee one morning after shopping at the Meyer. Its inside the store and no drive thru. After my order, the batista disappeared in the back and didn't show up back till 3-4 mins later and then started making my coffee. I wonder why. Anyways, coffee was standard Starbucks. Also, ordered a chocolate croissant warmed up, but when I went back to my car to bite into, it was almost cold frozen on the inside. Kinda yucky. Also, they don't take Starbucks...

This is the third time my coffee was not good. The coffee shot was burned, and I ended up wasting my time and money. Starbucks, please provide proper training to your employees. I spent $7.35 and even gave a $1 tip, but my hazelnut oat milk latte was undrinkable. It’s really disappointing to pay so much and not get the quality you'd expect. I won’t be returning to this location...

Bless them, but the kids working here did not understand what a black coffee was. I tried to explain it multiple ways. Black coffee. Drip coffee. Brewed coffee. Just a dang coffee. No dice. When I asked for a “roasted” coffee that mercifully worked. Then 5 seconds later they promptly forgot my order and the process renewed again. Baffling...
