Let me take a deep breath…

The girl working at the front counter today has absolutely zero customer service skills and is extremely RUDE. She was wearing the hood from her hoodie and tied around her face. She was sliding peoples orders across the counter and rolling her eyes with the nastiest attitude. I was there picking up two door dash order and told her that. She rolls her eyes, looks around the store and with an attitude says, “okayy who?” I told her the names, she walks down side where food is prepped to “look” around I suppose then comes back and says “we don’t have them here.” ….okay, well what next? Are you going to do something about it cause clearly I show it’s paid for. So then I said, “well they’ve been paid for and I’m just here to pick them up.” She then partially finished her sentence then walks off somewhere else and has a manager or someone to take over. The gentleman who seemed to be a “manager” was sort of clueless and did not really care have any of my door dash orders ready cause “no tickets.” But kept making everyone elses in line when I’ve already been waiting 10+ mins (keep in mind we’re on a time clock with DD). When I asked about my order, He said “sorry the tickets didnt come through, that usually means the customer hasnt paid or their order was declined. Well, another dasher comes in 2 mins later saying he has “so and sos” order which were my orders. Well no wonder you dont have my customers order- if you’re busy giving my stuff away to other people. Horrible customer service from everyone except one nice gentleman working there today. Great food, horrrrrible customer service at this location on the weekends...

Disgusting place to dine. Only been twice but every time I go the food is always old and tastes horrible. The floors are never swept and the tables are disgustingly dirty. Both times I've seen bugs flying around the food on the line that they serve. The manager Mo is her name I believe, is probably the absolute worst supervisor I've ever seen. She is extremely rude, unprofessional, she is always unkempt and looks dirty, on top of it all she cant run her store properly. On my 2nd visit I waited 20 minutes to speak with her about the conditions of the restaurant.. only to find her outside smoking a cigarette in the back the entire 20 minutes. Which ive been told is normal for her to do. Terrible customer service, blatant disregard for customers and extremely unfriendly environment. Food is always nasty and old, and the restaurant is never clean. Management, Mo, is her name. Needs to be replaced immediately, she is not manager material. DO...

Edit: Customer service has since reached out to me and provided a solution and the customer service people were helpful and made sure the problem is resolved.

I ordered some of the items on the side instead of on it and they charged me extra for those. Over 10 dollars. They were not suppose to charge me any.

Ordered surf and turf many times and I don't follow the standard ingredients all the time but I get charged as normal but this one time since I customized the vege ingredients, they charged the meat separately and the veggies which made it much more expensive. When I asked about it, they said I'll have to talk to the manager. Since they were busy I just left...
