Starbucks — Restaurant in Alaska

Totally recommending this Starbucks location to everyone since they make the best drinks and they are very accommodating on how to make and serve drinks for the kids. We always go drive thru and experience is 5 stars ⭐️ if there’s a 10 then we’ll give Kole a 10 stars review for his customer service. He’s very nice and friendly. He takes his time to know his customers and he makes sure customer’s experience is more than just buying a product at Starbucks. We felt like we gained a chill and an amazing cool friend in addition to the best drinks we got which is rare to experience now a days. I asked for my drink to be made a certain way. All I asked for was some strawberry puree in the bottom of the drink and when it wasn't right they argued with me then threw it away and when I tried to ask her if they could just add it to a cup and pour the already made drink over it because I didnt care so much about the layers, the other woman interrupted me, cut me off and walked away while I was talking. It would've been so much easier if she would've just listened to what I was asking for but she was acting like a spoiled toddler because she didn't make it right in the first place. I live right next to here but will never go back there again. They were so rude...

Shoutout to Cole/Kole ! Amazing customer service and such a nice person on top of him being the best at what he does. It’s been awhile since we last saw him and the way he makes and creates quality Starbucks beverages is still the best even better. Would definitely recommend this location because of him and since everyone is very nice and they make drinks with speed and efficiency! The places has a nice ambiance...
