Local own, extensive menu (both food and drinks), affordable and yummy!

This place is hopping! Went on a Friday brunch time and there were diners and take out orders the whole time.

Tried their tuna melt and chicken cranberry sandwich, both are great (taste was not out of this world per se, but the ambiance and quality makes it worth coming back for!) I didn't find the Friday-only chili that great given that everyone was really excited for it, not a repeat for me.

Quite possibly the best Reuben sandwich in the state of Alaska. If you had to classify this place, I’d say it’s a deli/sandwich shop combined with a breakfast barista stand that makes great sandwiches and a killer cup of coffee. I liked the atmosphere of the place, but the food was kind of ridiculous. I got a "whole sandwich" for 8.50, thinking like an 8 inch sub or something, and all it consisted of was 2 pieces of bread from a loaf of cheap store bread, some deli turkey and the thinnest sliced provolone possible, it was see-through, i actually thought they left the paper on the cheese until i realized it was the cheese itself.
