Krystal — Restaurant in Albany

The website says that you open at 5:00 a.m. I arrived at the location I sat at the speaker and no one came I pulled around to the pickup window and no one was there I pulled up to where I can see in the dining area and there was a person walking around a backup to the pickup window in the personal came back in there and held her hand up in the air indicating six website says you open at 5:00 I sat there until 10 minutes after 6:00 and the person never came back to wait on me this is the reason Krystal's in bankruptcy you higher the sorriest customer service people...

Wow,had to come and give my feedback on my breakfast meal I had June 22,2025 time 8:51am don't know drive thru lady name but she asked me did I wanted to try there new BBQ Pork Scramble I use get sausage Scramble Combo so i said yes ma'am i will try it yall when i tell you,,, i had breakfast and lunch together i did and got off work and slept like a baby,,,that taste was amazing with grits,eggs,looked like cheese with the pork meat on top mixed with Barbecue sauce.I had too call her to let her know it was so so good I will be back for...

Friendly customer service. Took our order quickly and got it right even though there were special requests about what went on our hamburgers. The dining room was clean even though the place is rather old and in need of update. Of all of the Krytal locations in Albany, this location offeres the best service and food quality. Only complaint was restroom wasnt very clean and from the odor in the men's restroom, it appeared to have plumbing problems. Also one light fixture in the men's room was completely out and...
