DO NOT use this place if you need catering for an event or business. I had back to back terrible experiences with this Panda Express. I have used them multiple times to cater for my employees. I would always call at 11am and have it done by noon. Then a few months back I called at 11am and they said to order online. I order and it says it will be done at 1pm. I call them and say I need it by noon. The employee rudely said it would be done at 1pm and she couldn't do anything about it even though it has always been only a hour to get my catered food before. I show up at noon to get a refund and my food was ready! What happened to 1pm? Now a few months later and I order online to cater for my business at 10:46am. It gives me the same 1pm ready time even though I put in the comments to have it by noon. So I call and ask if they can have it ready by noon and the girl said they would try. Not trying to waste my time, I show up past noon at 12:30pm. I ask the cashier if my order was ready and she tells me they are still working on it, so I ask if it had even been started yet (it had been a hour and 45 mins since I placed my order) and she goes up to the cook with my ticket and he throws his hands up in the air and then she comes back and said it hadn't even been started! I leave and finally get a call at 1:10pm that my order was ready. Please tell me why it takes 2 and a half hours to make 3 party entrees and 3 party sides when I placed my order at 10:46am to try and beat the lunch rush. Read moreI just ordered from DoorDash and had an awful experience. I had ordered a Sprite...the DoorDash person did not deliver the drink with the meal. When I called the store, they indicated they could do nothing about the situation. I was confused. I paid for a Sprite and did not get it. That to me is poor service. The girl on the phone proceeded to discuss the matter in with her co-workers. They spoke very ill about me and the situation. All I asked was to get my drink. They indicated they would not deliver as well. I was working in the mall, in a store I own, by myself. I thought DoorDash would be a way to get food. I enjoy Panda Express and thought the option would work out. The young lady that spoke ill about me with her co-workers then placed me on hold after being asked if she placed me on hold. I heard the entire conversation. This was awkward and disheartening to hear. The person in charge offered NO solution and blamed DoorDash for the mistake. When I asked if the drink was placed with the meal...the lady on the phone admitted to not placing it with the order. I was still confused. If Panda Express made the mistake, I would of thought a statement of some sort to comp, give my money back on my card, or something seemed reasonable. They did not even make an effort. Read moreI never give a one star review but my last visit there will be one first and last. They got my order wrong. And so me and my fiance go back to have them correct my order and never have I been treated with so much disrespect. I've been in the food industry for almost ten years and I know what it's like to have a rush of customers and the untrained staff were breaking so many health code regulations I no longer felt safe to eat there. Food that had already left with the customer and they had brought back had gone right back into the food prep station with all the rest of the food that was being served to new customers. When I called to speak to a manager a bratty teen refused to let me speak to one so I then found it necessary to enter the building to speak to who ever had such poor customer service to hang up on a high paying customer but needless to say the staff had no back bone to stand up and admit when they are wrong. So I request to speak to who ever is in charge and even the person in charge had no idea how many violations they were preforming which I proceeded to inform her of the three other violations her and her staff were preforming.
