After three driving trips and a phone call about my one simple pizza order... my pizza was a very simple order: stuffed crest pineapple and Canadian Bacon! My girls got there Pepperoni Pizza dinner. After calling about getting the wrong kind of pizza altogether and I drove all the way back to get the correct order; the night supervisor had closed 20 mins early due to âNo Activityâ! The person I had spoken to on the phone was the night supervisor: so he knew I was driving all the way back to get my dinner. Instead, the night manager had turned the ovens off and was jetting out of the store early on a Saturday night. He took the whole wrong pizza back, (on the phone clearly stated needed 90 percent pizza back for an exchange. He got more than 90 percent back; he got the whole 100 percent back! I have a medical condition where I can not eat certain types of food! I had to even show my receipt; the person took down the note and I had to ask twice for my receipt back. This person had also told me that, he would personally explain what happened to his boss the next morning about my messed up ordered that I had paid for but did not receive. And that I would be able to pick up my Order the following day... After that gabble mess.... Still needed a meal to eat for dinner. Only so many options after a certain time: ended up going to Dell Taco! The following afternoon, I had even called in advance to let them know that I was on my way to get my correct order. When I got to the Little Caesar Store; still had to wait for 25 mins.. no money back or a compensation for how many trips, inconveniences, their lack of communication and not helping to resolve my unsatisfied purchased... the employees were more into conversating n goofing around in the back with each other!!
What happened to making sure your âCustomer was satisfied with the exchange of services and goodsâ?
No explanation, no âhow can I make this up to youâ, wasted trips and loss of my time! After this experience: during the weekend of St. Patties Day and having to wait until the next day for my simple order.... makes me want to take my business...
Read moreGood evening, I am having trouble reaching anyone at all that can help me with a solution. I had placed an order online for my local little Caesars. It was a simple process and pretty streamline. When the order was placed I thought âoh cool it says door dash is going to deliver it to usâ as I have never used the service before. But it looked as that was just how it was going to be handled through the store. My order was estimated to be delivered in 30 minutes which was great. Well 30 minutes roll around and I get a message from the driver he was waiting on my order still which thatâs fine and understandable Iâm not trying to hold anyone to any timelines I get it some things take longer. He states they lost part of my order and are trying to re make it or something I forget the exact wording. A hour goes by and heâs texting me letting me know how frustrated HE is and how he has other deliveryâs to make. So I try calling the store. No answer it rang and rang. I tried again. No answer. Again no answer. The driver shows up to my house I want to say 1:10-1:20 after he was supposed to show up. He was frazzled and explained he couldnât believe you guys took so long to get my order right. Then he gave me my order which was not only cold. The pizza was mangled. And I was missing my crazy bread!! This was a horrible experience and me and my family were saddened by it. Even the cat wasnât impressed đ. I tried calling the helpline number I believe it was provided in a text. It rang after I think I had to select a help option. Then it hung up on me. Thatâs fine things happen. I was frustrated but it was all piling on. I just called back and left a polite message for a call back and have not heard a thing this was Friday January 27. Today is...
Read moreTonight we ordered our familyâs pizza as we normally do on our Friday or Saturday evenings. We ordered through the pizza portal and when we got to the store about 25 minutes later it was still not complete. My daughter went in, as she likes to get it herself, and came back out to the car saying the guy working in the store told her the order said it wouldnât be ready for another 15-20 minutes. That totals 45 minutes total for a pizza that claims they have âHot and Readyâ pizza. Not only that, about 8-10 cars drove through the drive through window, ordered and left the facility. I went into the store asking why when we ordered 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni pizza it takes 45 minutes. What is the purpose of ordering ahead of time? I stated I would wait in our car and he uttered something to me as I exited the store. We went back in about 10 minutes later and the pizza was placed in the portal and he said rudely, â It is in the portal maâamâ and walked away. When we got home we got ready to sit down for dinner and when we opened the pizza boxes the middle of both pizzas only had dough (NO sauce, cheese, or pepperoni).
Although we wonât stop having our pizza nights, we most certainly will NOT be using this store any longer for both poor customer service and quality of...
