I rated it more than a 1 because once I talked to someone that had some sense the service wasn't terrible.
Our party came in about 5 minutes apart. Even though the number in our party was explained, they sat the first part of our party at a table only big enough for that group of people. When we arrived it was explained we were with that party, but the hostess attempted to sit us at a different table. Before I could say a word she walked off.
Trying to wrap my head around what just happened, I discussed it with the other members to make sure I wasn't losing my mind. After that I walked up to the hostess and asked politely to be moved to a table large enough for our entire party.
Without missing a beat or batting an eye she explained she could not do that. I waited for a moment for her to expand on that, but nothing. She just stared at me.
I then explained that it didn't make sense and I needed to be moved to a large enough table. This time she explained that it wouldn't be fair to the waitress in that section because the other waitress working the section that could accommodate us would then have more people. Shocked that I was told no because it wouldn't be fair seemed like a logistical issue the restaurant management should have figured out, not at the expense of customers trying to go out to eat with friends and family TOGETHER. Who goes out to eat with a group just to be divided up? That's why most groups go out to eat, to be together as a group.
Rather than try to figure it out she stared at me again, but this time like I had 2 heads. She couldn't believe that I really wanted to stay with my party. Soooo.... I asked her what she would have done if we showed up all at one time? Would she still have broken us up still? Without another word the other hostess did the right thing and went to ask someone what to do while the first one continued staring at me, while mouth breathing, like I'm some sort of weirdo for wanting to sit together with my party.
Perhaps the icing on the cake was the fact that the one table in that section large enough to accommodate our entire party was simply dirty from another party that already left. So you mean to tell me the hold up was actually just the fact that no one cleaned a single table?!
I will spare fine details about the quality of food. Let's just say precooked wings from the frozen food section would have been better. The chicken was hard and dry. The flavor tasted like something sweet drenched in soy sauce. The fries were cold and soggy. My 14 year old son could have made better wings and he only knows how to make scrambled eggs and instant oatmeal!
I DO NOT recommend this place. The rest of my party agreed the food was pretty awful. The only thing that kept it from a 1 star is our waitress. She wasn't great, but compared to the hostess she...

Read moreWent to this restaurant with our whole family. It took us about 20 minutes to get seated. And that was OK. Cause it was a little busy. The waitress took forever to come to our table. And after about 45 minutes. We finally had our drinks. While we were ordering the waitress just gave attitude looks to one in our party because they were asking for a configuration of wings that they did not do. So instead of just saying “the policy is this way” she just got everyone confused. We had asked for some house chips and that they not be cooked too crispy. After a while she brought them back to us, two pans- one crispy and one almost raw, floating in grease and said “This is the best we can do” with attitude. We couldn’t eat this and had had had it with this waitress because of the attitude and also because people who were seated after us by this point were already eating and about to leave and we just got our chips. So we took the chips to the bar to show the person up there and ask to speak with a manager. The manager fill in came to our table, he was a cook but was filling in because the manager was not there. As I was trying to explain it to him, she came up, butted in, was arguing with me, the customer, about what had happened. I had began very calmly explaining to this guy our experience but when she came in with MORE attitude, I had to remind her to check herself. She was way over the line inappropriately talking to a customer the way she was. I mean yall, look at these chips in the pic- who would eat this? At this point we’d herb there way over an hour AND HALF and still NO WINGS. We decided to just go pay for those floppy raw potatoes and our drinks and leave. I won’t be back and if you guys get this Abby (I think- heavyset, dark haired) waitress that says she’s been there longer than everyone else, my advice is to...
