I just went to Little Caesars in Albemarle and waited 5 minutes behind someone in the drive thru with no movement. Got out of the passenger side and went inside and waited another 3 minutes at the desk with no acknowledgement. I left and went on to the event I need to go to and I'm not sure what or if I will be eating. This is unacceptable. Before I went to the restaurant I called to make sure there was a hot and ready cheese pizza ready when I arrived but it went straight to a voicemail that was not set up yet. This is also unacceptable. If you are so backed up on deliveries and preorders that you cannot acknowledge people who are standing right in front of you, you do not need to have a storefront where people can order hot and ready pizzas. It would be better to not advertise hot and ready and not waste all of our time. I sent a comment to Little Caesars on their website so hopefully they will notify management at this location that this is happening so they can make the appropriate changes. Just because I never started an electronic paper trail does not make me any less of a customer. In a small town like this one people talk and businesses go under for things like this. Last time I came, there was not a hot and ready cheese pizza ready, but at least there wasn't someone blocking the drive thru and I was able to wait somewhere and had time to do that. From my experience this location is getting worse and worse. Again, please close down the store front if you are not going to serve face-to-face customers or make it pickup only and put an automated message on your phone service that says you only accept...
Read moreOrder was supposed to be ready at 7 when I got there the driver thru employee told me to circle around because they had cars behind me, when I did she told me my order was in the oven and wasn’t ready Because the wrong order was given out so I went to get gas and even shopped!!! Came back at 8 and it was ready but it was lukewarm! I waited a hr for a pizza to be lukewarm after “coming out the oven”. I took it and when I opened it I notice i was missing toppings and that it wasn’t stuff crust like I asked and paid for! I called the manager and she said could I come back and I told her I live over 20 mins away I’m not coming back tonight . She asked for my name and said I could come back tomorrow which was January 9th, same time for a free pizza so when I did and I GET TO THE WINDOW AND EVERYONE HAS NO IDEA WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT! So I left because let’s be honest I’m furious. I called back just a few moments ago today and two different people were on the phone and didn’t understand if they were managers or not, one girl was completely rude so I asked for the store manager, she proceeds to “argue with” me and say they don’t do free pizzas. Regardless of “your rules” I don’t work there nor does “your team” seems to follow the rules because if they did, I wouldn’t be in this situation! She tells me pick a day and I said today which is January 10th at 7pm and it will be my last. I’ll never go back to this store not even because my order was wrong but because the lack of urgency, willingness to do right, and caring about their mistakes! I’ve already spoke the their General Manager and I’m going to speak with the...
Read moreDon't know where to start. If I was the franchise owner of the Albemarle NC store, I would not want my name associated with it AT ALL!! The worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Go in to get a cheese hot n ready. Did not have any. That's ok, thought they had probably been busy. Was told it would be 12 mins or so to get one ready. No problem. I went somewhere for 6 mins and I returned. I walked in and no customers were in the store. I stood at the register for 14 mins.......14 mins and not one person acknowledged I was there. At least 4 people looked at me so I know they knew I was there. All you could hear was cussing and playing in the kitchen. 2 people on cell phones. Only 1 car came through the drive thru, phone rang 1 time, and only 1 other customer came in the store, so no way this total disregard for customer service was attributed to being busy. After 14 mins an employee came out front and asked what I needed. The pizza I had asked for was in the warmer and HAD BEEN in there for approximately 10 mins because I watched them put it in there. If you read all of the negative reviews about this store, it's as if no one from Little Caesars corporate office or the franchisee really care how this store operates. I would be ecstatic if the franchise owner would contact me and ask me for additional information. I like the pizza, but the Albemarle NC store will never get another penny...
