Arby's — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Everything about “we have the meats" says it all!!! If you like to feel like your a valued custy(customer) drive through this restaurant! The food is awesome, but not served like the those yummy pics portrayed on there mouth watering well put together menu ! And the restaurant is aLwaYs empty because the employees make you feel like your an alien 👽 or someone with a bad disease 🦟 and very contagious. Basically your not greeted upon entering the building while ordering food it's like talking to a wall and then you wait and wait for your food. Now you would think since there is nobody else there in the restaurant they would walk 15- 20 ft and. Bring you your food or call your # ..... Nope it will sit and get cold 🥶 until you get up and walk up to the counter to ask to for it.... Wow! The reason for leaving so many stars is they have clean bathrooms the restaurant is very clean because nobody goes in there. LOL and I feel as though I can even eat off the floor that's how clean the place is! kudos to the cleaning crew . Oh wait way over priced !!! Diner for 3 40$$...

I come here a lot, and normally everything is fine; however, tonight I ordered 2 classic beef 'n' cheddar sandwiches and requested no red ranch. I was given 2 classic roast beef sandwich's instead. (redundant to the staff, but for people who may not know, the classic beef and cheddar is supposed to come with cheese, not just beef, as it's name implies.) I know what I said at the ordering menu and am highly disappointed.

I'm not going back out now, 20 minutes after I get home just to have this fixed. I entirely deconstructed one just for further proof.

My food was great, fresh, and exactly how I ordered it. The service though was very lacking. I have food allergies, so I have to ask questions about the sauces to avoid, you know, dying. We asked what sauce came on the sandwich, and the gal answered bbq sauce, so we asked if there was mayo? She answered yes, there is. For $15/hr you can at the very least be considerate of your paying customer's allergies. Then, the nails on the girl at drive through! Are there no health codes? They were long and disgusting. And why is your lobby closed when there are 8+ vehicles in the parking lot? Seems like the shift manager didn't want to deal with more than the bare minimum. And when I tried calling, it goes to a fax...
