Burger King — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I was at this location earlier trying to order online in my vehicle in the parking lot at 9:15 pm. I usually like this location and always order before I go in or through the drive thru. The manager of this place had the audacity to come out and tell me and my husband that he called the police on us. So rude. I never park in this location without ordering anything and he treated me like I was panhandling in the parking lot when I've always been a good customer. I showed him my phone where I was about to press place secure order and told him I was ordering online. He didn't even apologize to me and kept on being rude. I don't know if he has a bad day or anything but he didn't have to take it out on me. I can't believe I gave good reviews in the past...

I've been going to this Burger King for years, they have never once gotten my order right on the first try. I'm always there before noon. It's always the same older Indian guy who takes my order. He is obviously the store manager. He's very friendly and personable. And he NEVER listens when I order. It's always wrong. Every. Single. Time.

I'm not even trying to do anything weird. All I ever order is plain bacon cheeseburgers. I don't know how "plain" became such a big challenge for anyone, but it is apparently impossible for this store and this manager to get "plain"...

All Spanish staff it seemed when I made my order. No biggie till the clerk F.U.B.A.R.ed the order. I asked for a #2 a special order burger and a whopper. They deleted one burger and screwed up the special order. It took 3 tries to walk out with 3 burgers and fries. If you need BK find a clerk who speaks English fluently and certainly not at this restaurant.
