I have gone to Dion's twice in one week and had an issue both times. My first experience was on 7/31 when I came to pick up my order that was placed online, it was supposed to be ready by 9:00pm according to the order confirmation. I arrived a little after 9:00pm and had to wait another 15 minutes. My order included two subs one with a fruit cup and on with chips. I was in a rush because well, the order was running late and didn't check them. My order was wrong...I called the manager offered to simply not charge me for my order. It's 8/3 and my order still hasn't been refunded to me but I was told today that it was still processing. I then decided to give Dion's another go since previously I hadn't experienced any problems. So today I ordered the same exact thing because the subs are delicious and the Greek sauce is yummy with my chips. If I were solely rating their food 5 stars easily. Anyway the drive thru is primarily used for pick ups and not for orders. My order was supposed be ready at 3:44pm and it might have been on time who knows. I arrived around 3:35 which is early but I didn't mind waiting the 10 minutes. I went through the drive thru and there were two cars in front of me when I arrived. The first car paid and quickly left, the car in front of me must have encountered a problem because they took until 3:58 to figure it all out. Meanwhile, the drive thru attendant had come outside and preceded to get the order information for the two cars behind me even though I was second in line. When we finally got up to the window my fiancé explained that the last two times there has been a problem and she said the car in front of us called the wrong location and needed to re order but would you like a free drink or dessert for your inconvenience ...I was doing as I was told. -_- like it was a frequent thing she says or offers. I mean she didn't miss a beat just heard a complaint and offered something for free. ---I declined.
Dear Dions,
Stop offering free stuff to your customers for mediocre customer service. Simply make it better. That's all I want. I can pay for my food, no problem. I just want to pick it up and have no issues.

From the moment we sat down an older guy started mumbleing because he was so upset and moved far away across from us! My daughter 13 years old caught up right away and said "mom this guy just flipped his middle finger at me!!!" I then told her to ignore him!! When they called our order I went to get it with my daughter. The second time we we're called for the rest of our order my daughter went to get it by herself! The guy followed her to the counter and when she came to sit down the guy sat at his place and flipped his middle finger again!! Again I told her to ignore him and we tried to eat our meal, he made it very uncomfortable for my daughter with his evil looks! He then moved back close to us and I told my daughter let's go!! We went to the front to ask for a manager and told him what was happening the guy followed us to the counter by the way!! I told the manager I needed to talk to him in private being that the guy followed us to the counter! We went to the back to talk he asked us if we wanted him to call security I told him yes please and he told us to wait by the front where the cameras are at! He then came back to us with the rest of our pizza we didn't finish eating. I asked him if security was on it's way he said he had talked to him and he asked him to stay away from us and we needed to stay away from him because he was having a bad day!!! .If another customer complained then he will call security!! Wish leads me to believe we are not worthy customers!!! Why because we are not white? Because we are two women? Our safety doesn't matter! He gets to stay and we leave!! Poor customer service!!!! How unfair for us we did no wrong and we approached it the right way and what did we get nothing!!! I will never go back to this place again or any other Dion's and I will not recommend this...
Read moreI order a family chef salad with no mix and the bacon on the side for carry out. As I was grabbing my order I seen the bacon on the side so I didn't bother looking at the salad. I drove home (10 minutes away) and settled in for the evening and was getting ready to eat my salad when I realized not only was the bacon on the side but it was in the salad as well. Being that I can't eat bacon I returned to Dion's to have them remake it. Well I was standing there waiting for my salad another gentleman had walked up asking for his salad as his pizza came out already but still no salad. We started a casual conversation and I told him " it's crazy how there's 5 people on salads and they can't even get them out in a timely manner. I waited 15 minutes for my salad only for it to be wrong. Well in the meantime a girl employee walked up and was calling out an order when she rudely interrupted our conversation and stated that "salads take 10 minutes to make". Without even knowing the full context of the conversation . It wasn't about the time that it took them to make it, I don't mind waiting. Her attitude and comment was unnecessary especially because I wasn't speaking to her and she was not the one correcting my order. I've been in customer service for over 30 years and I can definitely say that she needs to learn how NOT to speak to customers. I called back to ask her name because I asked for a manager and they said she was the manager so I asked for her name so I could do a review.
