Duke's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I went to mcm so I could get dinner at the restaurant there.. they were setting up for n event so all food was being served at the lounge. Ok whatever, I will be closer to the bar that's fine. the waitress avoided us for about 15min, when she did show up and we asked for waters to start she came back 5min later with our water just to ask us if we wanted a menu. took another 5 to 7min to get the menus. When the menus appeared she stood and stared at us with her paper open like we should be ready to order. 1min later i looked at her and said we needed a minute. 15min later she came back. my sister and I ordered some nachos to split and i ordered a chili rellenos and she wanted a chicken burger. 15min went by and she delivered the nachos which were cold. another 20min went by and she brought out the chicken burger and looked at me and said she forgot to put my order in but it's in now. 5min later she showed up with my rellenos, I took one bite and it was completely cold throughout the meal. it took another 30min before she came back to us just for me to tell her that I wanted my check and that my food was cold.. she was like oh ok.. let me try and get a discount. she was able to get me 15% off of something I wouldn't be eating and never even tried to apologize or offered a dessert or something. typically I have a 3 strike policy for resturanuts but they exceeded that in my first visit. Went with a friend and his wife, to watch a Thursday night game Dolphins & Ravens. Got there at game time 6:30, looked for a table found one. But no chairs with it. We did go around and find some. With no help from anyone that works there. We sat for 5 mins. then me and my buddy got up went to the bar for a beer , which that took awhile to get service. We decided to order our food there also, since we could see from the bar that we still hadn't gotten anyone to go to our table, where his wife sat waiting for us. We get back to the table had a beer each, still no one has come buy to offer us anything not even a hello. We did get our food , we ate and watched the game which we couldn't hear well the sound was so low. Anyway a few people were leaving, so we moved to their table. The drinks they left were still on the table, I moved them so we could eat and have our drinks. The waitress still did not come by at all, to clean the table or ask if we needed anything. We got up and went to get water and another bucket of beers . Another hr. passed, and nothing. She came by, when we were leaving. I have never been to a place where we didn't get service. Don't think we'll ever go...

Bartender was really attentive her server also , Stayed 2 nights for work had dinner both night took there recommendations 1st night had the Mashroom Swiss burger ..bomb!!! 2nd night was steak night I ordered the ribeye medium..with Cesar salad, veggies and cheddar mash!!
