I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but I had such a strange and unpleasant interaction with the front desk staff. At first, I was purposefully ignored so that they could finish their social conversation that didn’t involve work. They both looked at me and carried on their conversation. Once I was finally addressed, I asked the man at the register where I would be able to locate sterling silver chain by the spool. He responded “we don’t sell that”. I said “really?” He responded, “no we don’t do that here”. I was confused because I had called ahead to make sure that they did. After I told him that I had called and confirmed that they do sell sterling silver chain by the spool, he said “no , we sold out of all of that today” …. I don’t understand why that was necessary, because after enough back and forth, he eventually said he was just kidding and told me where to look. His demeanor was not joking, it was aggravated and unkind. It was really awkward and unfriendly, and it seemed like he really didn’t want my business. Especially after being ignored, it felt hostile. I’ve never had an interaction like that before in a professional workplace, and I left feeling embarrassed and disappointed.
(It had taken me a moment to process the strangeness of the interaction so I remained friendly the entire time, but I did leave without purchasing anything)

Read moreBeen here in the past, but last week was the absolute worse service I've ever had. I have worked service/restaraunt work and I try to be patient and positive as possible especially post-Covid era.
I walked around the store twice, then stood for about 10 minutes before anyone ask if I needed help. As far as I could tell there were only 2 other customers. The person who helped me was the worse. I told her several times that post-Covid I wanted to wear my jewelry and that I wanted to repair some items.I brought the pieces with me and she offered no suggestions or help.
I brought one of my old squash blossom earrings I inherited from my mom. I lost one of them, and just wanted to match it so I could wear a pair and she actually tried to dissuade me from buying one.
I went through the website to familirize myself with what I wanted, I even drew a picture. Everything I said seemed to make her annoyed. She actually put my items in a box with my name to the cashier, and I wasn't even done!!!!
If the goal of the store is to sell items to customers...that wasn't her goal. When I checked out, I set somethings aside. I plan to buy those at another store or...
Read moreHorrible experience yesterday (2/15/25). Unfriendly staff and they all look angry and bored as if they just don't want to be there. I was there with my wife who is 71 and always polite (if not a little hard-of-hearing) and the employees that she ran into here around 11:30am were some of the worst we've ever encountered. It began with an employee there names Monteke (or something like that) and ended with the large, 7-foot tall native who rang up her order without a smile or a thank or any semblance of gratitude. Look, there are other stores out there (we went to one of there competitors directly after) and in this day and age, there is no reason to purchase items from a business that HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
