I’ve been a costumer of Garcias for 30 years, I’ve never been a asked for such a weird request from a manager I placed two separate orders thru the drive thru yesterday evening, on Indian School, for bean burritos anyways on both I asked for chili, the first order there was barely any chili and the second order which had garnish but no chili so I called n informed the woman who answered of my burrito not having chili she said to come back but I said I’m already home so she said I need to see the burrito so I’m going to give you a number and send me a picture of it I was like confused of what she said, I said ok so I hung up anyways I was like what the heck she didn’t believe me I just said whatever I don’t have to justify myself but all I can say I’ve never had any manager from that restaurant asking me to take pictures of their wrong doing the cook obviously knew that they didn’t put chili but anyways now I know I’ll never go back there, will inform my family n friends to never go there again……Very disappointed...
Read moreI really only go to this Garcia's because they have a drive thru and it is very convenient. Lately, I have gone and it is around the evening, about 7ish. They turn off their grills waaay too early and take forever to answer the box to tell you that. They looked open and should be open till closing. The food taste is pretty good, just as good as if you ate in the restaurant, but the take out plates have very small portions, especially, for the sides. It almost is not worth it.
Update: I went for some breakfast burritos. The sides were given in cups and they were good portions. I thought the burritos were on the thin side, but they were really good. I had always thought their burritos were suppose to be bigger. I asked for red and green chile on the side and they only gave us green on the side in really small cups. It wasn't the usual cups for the to go chile. I was surprised at how good the burritos were so I am...
Read moreGreat food, always nice people. Update: Feb 2023 Disappointed. I haven't eaten Garcia's in a long time. I just got a chicharrone burrito and was highly sadden by the price hike. $9 for a mediocre burrito. The pieces are really big and hard, it gave my jaw a good workout but I ate it feeling unsatisfied. Pretty dang small with small amounts of refried beans and chile. I will no longer be ordering from Garcia's (again). I couldn't remember why I stopped getting the burritos from here but today made me remember why. Next time I'll skip this place and go to Stripes Burritos Co like I was going to in the beginning and get my monies worth with a burrito that has soft, buttery chicharrone pieces in literally ever bite, I usually cannot finish the whole thing in one sitting. I don't mind paying the higher price if it's a good amount of food and it was awesome tasting, this was not. ...
