A store Manager throwing a receipt at a customer ? The Manager at this store on 10131 Coors Blvd. should not be a manager, his customer service skills are very poor to begin with no matter how hard his day could have been. First, the cashier forgot to give me my second bag with my things but I have to mention that she was very kind and polite. I drove almost an hour away from the store 795 when I realized I was missing 3 things. I called the store, spoke to a supervisor (Karen) who was happy to help me and told me to drive to the nearest Marshall’s to get store credit. I show up and the manager told me that his store was very independent and that, Karen wasn’t a supervisor, that she was just another employee and that she was lying. I asked him to call the other store to which he said I needed to drive back to the other store and cHeck the cameras to make sure I did not get the stuff that I payed for. He gave me an attitude and turned his back at me. He made the call and he said things did not work that way to which I replied if he was going to help me and he said he wasn’t because I was giving him an attitude and threw the receipt at me in-front of other customers, my kid and the cameras. Read moreThe idea that a multi-million dollar corporation cannot give me a refund for $70 on an item I paid cash for is ridiculous. You shouldn't be in business if you can't handle 70 bucks. To have an employee basically sing a song about how I was there too early for a refund and run around the store telling all her coworkers that my request for a refund shows how it's "just another Monday" is maddening! There's barely a men's section here anyway. I'll be back for my refund and that will be my last visit.
Just made my last visit. As I waited in line to do my return, the same woman from before was hassling a woman about using a gift card. That really cemented my decision not to come back. She was on the first register both times I was there on 10/13/25. Definitely not someone you want talking...
Read moreThis store seems to go downhill each time I go in. I witnessed an obvious shoplifter walking through the store. Security at the front door should have noticed this guy. Shoplifter ran out the back door with merchandise setting off the alarm. Took awhile for a staff member to respond and when I described the guy she had an uncaring attitude about it. Security guy never walked to the back. Guess he can't leave his post? Don't know what the purpose was in having security and an old Albuquerque Police car parked in the front and a security camera in the parking lot.
