If I could give them no stars, I would. I won't be back. I got my nails done (gel) last week on Tuesday and now its Monday and the gel has come off of 3 of my nails and is chipping off of the others. I paid extra for the ombre look and I am so disappointed. I called and asked it they would fix them, for free because I had spent so much and they swear that gel is "supposed" to "last" longer, up to three weeks, and she said she would have to charge me if they redid my nails. I asked her what could have gone wrong because this has NEVER happened with my nails before and she said that for some people gel lasts and for others it doesn't, which was a bunch of crap. The fact that I was there twice that week, once on Monday for a pedi and once on Tuesday for a gel mani and they won't fix/re-do my nails without me paying is so aggravating! Don't waste your time. I used to love going here, they took their time and were kind and you got a good pedi/mani for your money but this is all sorts of crazy. Find somewhere else and get your monies worth from people who won't BS you on how long gel is supposed to last. I mean I know that gel wears down but it shouldn't start to wear until at least 2 weeks and that's being hard with your nail and just...

$55 for a gel french pedi. Beautifully done. The quality of the gel is the best I’ve come across in the area. After a week the pedicure is still holding up gorgeously as the same day it was done. They made my feet so soft. The employees were all very welcoming, nice, and definitely not pushy or gossiping. I really appreciate that. I did 4 stars because the foot massage was painful as she was rubbing the top of my feet and not the bottom of my foot where it was needed. I tried to ask her to do the bottom of my feet and not the top, but she stopped altogether. Went back for a manicure today. Pricing is comparable to say Green Reed Spa (which includes a day spa pass). Karli is the best with french tips! Update- Karli is no longer there. Oct. 2022 update- I’ve had better. Not happy with my French tips. Will likely not be returning. The place gets worse in skill each time. Once you find a good nail tech, they leave. Very high turnover rate here and hard to establish a go-to person. Booo...

worst pedicure from Julia, who I believe is the owner. Waited 50 minutes to start (even tho I had appointment). She was rough and when I said " ouch" , she said it was b/c I waited too long between pedicures. ( my fault, i guess) . she left my station 5 times to go work on other customers; she was on her phone most of the time having personal conversation about whether her caller " was mad at her"; stones / towels too hot; another tech had to come over and do a simple buff and polish to finish. Then... she followed us out of the salon and argued with us about how good her service was ( presumably after she discovered I left no tip). my girlfriend and I were laughing so hard in disbelief how bad it was all the way to car. in contrast, my friend had a great ped/ experience with Hillary...
