Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Okay so this used to be my favorite Jersey Mike's when they first came they had such a wonderful staff everybody was nice they greeted me every time I came I barely got looked at when I walked in today I didn't get no Smiles I didn't get a hi how you doing nothing I barely got a welcome in as I was getting ready to order wish I was in line to do everybody else that walked in got greeted with a smile and everything I guess the color of my skin offends people I guess I'm too light for you or too dark for you whatever you want to call it I don't know but this is unacceptable and I spend my money here just like everybody else I deserve the same kind of treatment that you're going to give everybody else I hate racism and by now in 2025 we should already have been past this and it's ridiculous that y'all still haven't gotten over it the black people exist so does everybody else so why would you treat me differently because of the color of my skin I don't understand the guy kept acting like he didn't understand what I was saying when I was speaking pure English the restaurant was dirty I couldn't find a clean table I had to wipe one off so I can sit down and eat as he was taking my order I kept telling him over and over again what I wanted and he acted like he didn't hear me then I get to the register and I don't even get a receipt I was never offered a receipt nothing she never said thank you for your purchase or anything where do they find these people I want to know because I don't understand how going to get a sandwich can ruin someone's...

I don’t understand why they give you choices. It seems like what ever I chose as far as bread and what goes on sandwiches it’s not what I get. I stopped ordering from the store on Ouray because they very rarely got the order correct. So when they opened over on Coors we started ordering from them. Today is the 3rd time our order was wrong. I can understand if it was busy but the young lady said it’s been quiet all afternoon. It’s not that hard to make a sandwich correctly

Another issue is the lack of cleanliness at both locations always seems to be a very messy counter. Today it was lettuce, bread crumbs & oily residue all over the counter near the cash register. It’s not difficult to wipe down the counter. Worked in food service for over 30 years and our managers wouldn’t tolerate that at all. Again not busy when you are just standing around doing nothing Just adding to prior post. Went today for 2 sandwiches NOT busy. Took my order & got it wrong twice to busy socializing...

Today was the first time we ate here. I always pass by, and I figured i'm going to stop. It is a bit pricey for 2 sandwiches, but we did get some tea and chips as well. Don't leave out the brownie! It's a cozy little place inside.You also have an option to eat outside. They have a couple of tables outside for dining. I ordered a Turkey sandwich, and my son ordered a bacon ranch. And when he was eating.He said, "This is really good." My son is a sandwich pro, and when he tells you that, believe him, it's good. The Turkey meat on my sandwich tasted so good, compared to other places. I believe for the first time I was eating turkey meat. The parking can be a bit challenging since there's a lot of businesses there, but it's worth a small walk if you have to. I would grab a sandwich from...
