Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I will NEVER return to this Dutch Bros. I have always had great service here until today.

I've ordered the same drink at Dutch Bros for a long time even when I travel out of state.

I requested a frozen unicorn blood. Asked for no rebel. What they brought me was not a unicorn blood it had coffee.

When I went back they said in verbatim " You need to order it correctly next time, but we will fix it."

Clearly the staff there today dont know what the unicorn blood is nor do they have any respect for customers.

The girl taking orders was distracted and I had repeat myself so instead of belittling a customer maybe pay attention to what a customer is ordering!

Absolutely disappointed I'll drive the extra distance to the Dutch Bros further down Juan Tabo.

Im never rude but today they triggered me and I was rude right back!

Picture shows the ingredients so please explain how I requested the unicorn blood incorrectly that you put coffee in it?? Frozen or not does...

This brand new Dutch Bros location is so awesome! The baristas are super nice and the drinks are very delicious! I highly recommend the Snow Cap Freeze, which is a drink they’re serving for a limited time. Not only are the baristas amazing, but they treat everybody like their best friend. My only complaints are that you have to order face-to-face with an employee instead of through an intercom at the drive-thru, and the prices are getting ridiculously high, maybe even higher than Starbucks. It would be a good idea for them to install an intercom, so the employees don’t have to stand outside in miserable temperatures and weather conditions, and to help make introverted customers feel more comfortable. I have been to Dutch Bros stands all over the country.. and I mean that literally, from California to the first ever East Coast DB stand in Davenport Florida. But hands down the best service, atmosphere, and customer connection I have ever experienced is at this specific stand in ABQ!! They made my drink exactly how I wanted it even with my numerous customizations and the kind blonde woman on the window was so helpful and seemed to take a genuine interest in my day/life!
