Time has taught me that before I complain about something publicly re: dining at a establishment, that I should attempt to speak to management first. This allows the establishments management and staff an opportunity to rectify the situation.
Unfortunantly, management found no reason to speak to our party to address our concerns, and we would have had no issues explaining the problems with our food and drinks with wait staff, but unfortunantly our server felt that it was more of a priority to stand in front of the expidite window and complain about people that her and another server knew from social media.
Honestly, the red enchilada sauce tasted as if it were a base sauce, as if it was from a big can, like on the sysco trucks, you know what I mean right? No seasoning, just bland.
Our plates were not hot when the food was brought to pur table, and we could see that they had not sat in the window as our server did promptly bring our food out.
The machaca was sub-par along with the enchiladas. The beans, rice, chicken taco and sopapilla bread were alright, but nothing to wriye home about. Honestly a fast food taco place like" The Bell" is more satisfying.
We complained to our server, 20 minutes after our plates were served, and only that long after because after one minute when she walked by to see if we needed anything, we had not seen her.
Our drinks and tea needed ice and refills, and im not goi g to blame the busperson, although they never did make it back with a glass of ice.
We requested management, and we told, "we will give ypu the sodas and teas for no charge, but you have to pay for the food." This was said by our server to us, as management here at this particular establishment feels no need to directly address the needs of patrons.
Dont misunderstand me, Little Anitas is great, just NOT THIS location. I stopped by a different location on my way home to state my issues, but come to find out, this location on Corrales RD is owned by someone different, and does not use the same Little Anitas ingredients as the rest of the other franchises do.
This is what happens when you cut corners,...

Within an hour I had insane stomach cramps then threw up over and over. I ran a fever I had abdominal cramps and pain. Stomach felt like it was being stabbed. Extreme tiredness. Diarrhea. Nausea. I couldn’t function. I didn’t eat or drink for over 24 hours. Almost had to go to the hospital. I am writing this 9-28-25 -72 hours after my experience and I am eating for the first time. I’ve never been so sick in my life. They served me old rotten beef.
I called in and they didn’t believe me because “nobody else complained”. They offered me a free meal next time I go in, which I will never be back. The managers name is Billy Wilson and was rude and unhelpful. He hesitated giving me his name. If they cared and apologized and offered a refund this review wouldn’t have been written. But hopefully I will help someone else from experiencing food poisoning from Little Anita’s
They pretty much don’t want to accept that their food made me sick and want to blame it on anything else. Won’t give a refund. If the beef didn’t smell like ammonia/ armpit odor I’d maybe wonder if it was something else. I am 100% sure it was their food because of the smell and the way I felt within an hour...
Read moreNever Been there before , only good thing is the service it was quick , atmosphere is yucky along with their canned food and fake cream for your coffee , worst quality food for the price , what ticked me off was I ordered a dish that came with hash browns and I said if I could swap it out and she said no problem , then I asked the actual server , I said I’m not getting hash browns but if I can get some guac and pico instead it goes better with huevos rancheros , I got two tablespoons of each in a little plastic tiny container and I got charged 3.30 for it , I was like its bad enough the food quality wasn’t that great but to charge me for a swap , hes like it’s swapped for the pico , I’m like seriously hash browns for two tables spoons of pico and charge me $330 for shitty guac , he should have told me in the first place that I was going to be charged extra for the tiniest amount of guacamole which was old and yucky Never will step foot in that dump again so many other places that are way better for the price and fresher food , you can tell it’s all canned , they didn’t even put the tortilla on a skillet to make it nicer , I’m sticking to Tesuque village Market they have the best huevos rancheros chips and fresh...
