McDonald's — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Went through the drive-through to get my husband a soda. When I got the soda, I noticed it was dark. Diet Coke is usually dark so I asked the guy, is this regular Coke? He replied no it’s Diet Coke. Then he went to go get what was supposed to be regular Coke. I asked him again are you sure this is regular Coke he replied yes with an attitude, almost like he was insulted. I did notice it was dark still but I gave him the benefit of the doubt especially because of the way he responded when I asked him. I get home and my husband goes to take a drink and lo and behold it’s diet soda. You guys have to do better. It’s not hard to make a soda. I don’t know if you guys have the diet soda on the regular soda or what is going on. I tried to call you guys and I kept getting hung up on. If this is the way you are going to be running this business you guys should just shut down again. I will not be going back because I cannot trust that you guys can even cook the food correctly if you can’t get a soda right. Hire better staff. Staff that at the very least have respect and don’t have an attitude.

Edit: I just read the other reviews and it seems like I need to make a call to corporate. You guys have no idea what you were doing and it seems that you guys were not ready to open. You will not be wasting my time/money or...

Ahh McDonald's!! Well I can remember when McDonald's was a fun place when I was a kid... I'm sure we all can relate. Colorful Tunnels ,super fast slides ,Ball pits ✋!! Need I say more I won't this is one of many many many many many many many McDonald's that ripped the fun out of the building and made it feel like a cold holding cell for all of the people addicted to the MC'Ds cardio vascular time bomb “feed" sit or stand and wait. To be feed ! Future generations of children won't know that McDonald's was a real place to socialize meet new friends and burn ❤️‍🔥 the fatty off from the feed ... Sad 😥 This place is clean cold and the employees hardly speak English not a problem. I use Google translate lol !! Bathrooms are clean and .... Clean no mirrors or paper towels but a damn good 👍 hand blower 😉.... That's all I would only roll through next time because of the sadness and depression I get from the inside...

All right people here's the second update of McDonald's on Coors and quail on Monday May 17th 2021 approximately 6:20 in the morning, I ordered a sausage egg McMuffin with cheese and a sausage Bizkit, along with two potato cakes the whole time I've been coming to this McDonald's they've served me fresh food that tastes great until now! I received 2 cold sandwiches and 2 hard as a rock potato cakes. I do not recommend anyone go eat at this McDonald's during the morning you're better off going to Burger King where they serve you fresh hot food right out of the oven or grill, I don't understand what happened that day either they're short on help or their help just don't care. This is to the management if you're going to hire people to work for you make sure they care about what they do for themselves and others.
