Perico's Tacos & Burritos — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Decided to try a new place, recently moved from Houston, Texas, fajitas are my favorite, the #10 Fajitas with GREEN NOT RED, burritos were great, out of my way, but worth the drive, went back the next day, ordered the same, got to work and the order was completely wrong, RED, with shredded beef burritos.Called, talked to Karen, the owner, she said she remembered me, apologized and offered to replace the order, I told her great, I would be in the next day because I couldn't leave work. Arrived this morning and was approached by the register guy that took my order (and the owner as well apparently) and told me he remembered me from the day before and basically that I was wrong, then asked to see pictures, I told him Karen didn't say anything about taking pictures, (or I definitely would've), he said oh well, I can't help you... what an owner... So I basically got screwed over twice, wrong order and wasted my gas for driving out...

Employees are very rude! Did an online order and website says curbside pick-up so i called when i was there one lady said you have to get down to make sure its paid for, i said its an online order you have access to check that so then another girl gets on the phone and says we dont have curbside pick up. I said it says it on your website and when you place your order she (ally) i believe that was her name said we have curbside but you still have to come in. I then asked then what is the point of curbside if u still have to come in she shrugged her shoulders and said i dont know you still have to come in. Just before that christy (i dont know if they gave me their correct names) had just took out another order to a different guest. As im asking for their names christy is shaking her head looking back at the cook. Neither one wanted to give me their name. Thet lost out on a tip and...

Tried this for the first time. Ordered nachos With meat and one enchilada/taco plate which came with beans, rice and "salad". Made this order through the Doordash app. The nachos were missing the meat and when I called Perico's to ask why it was missing meat, the manager on duty was rude, non-apologetic, and stated that the meat was intentionally not put on Nachos and to contact Doordash. The manager was not helpful and was unprofessional on the phone. As for the rest of the food, the Chile tasted like it was from a can. Refried beans did not have any flavor. And what looked like side garnish, was a "salad" which was diced tomatoes and lettuce with some type of sweet sauce on top. Rice was ok and the taco was decent. Altogether very disappointing. I will not be giving this business my hard earned...
