Starbucks — Restaurant in Albuquerque

I typically go to the Starbucks on Montgomery every day, I stopped by here July 7 at 6:40 for a change and wanted to cry with how rude the guy was. I waited at the counter while he restocked drinks, I wasn’t upset at this. Then, the man at the counter reluctantly took my order. I then asked to get my typical drink but decaffeinated due to a sensitivity. The man acted very inconvenienced by this so I just didn’t get a drink for myself, and paid for the person that was with me instead. After he made his drink, he threw it onto the counter and walked away. I have no idea why this behavior was prompted but I am not gonna go back to this Starbucks.I felt like an inconvenience for...

I would give this location no stars the service was horrible. Stood there for 15 minutes just to be told by the manager he would be right out. 20 minutes later still no one came out. One of the cashiers from Target finally came. This store is horrible. It's not the first time either. I'm a truck driver and it's the closest spot to where I do my delivery. If there was another location to where my truck and trailer would fit I would go there....

I got served pre-made coffee right from the fridge instead of the regular cold brew I always order. I stood there watching the young man serve me coffee from a pitcher, cold foam from a pitcher and hand it to me without even trying to mix anything at all. I had never paid $7 for such nasty coffee! I love Starbucks but this location has been by far the worst location I've purchased Starbucks...
