Top review is my old 5 star review for when they had customer service, the 2nd review is the newer 1 star review due to their current lack of customer service. Used to be one of my favorite place to eat. no longer, last time trying to eat here today, if you were thinking of eating here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, WEK's has way better customer service and they are right on juan tabo not that far away

It is not on the menu, but on Fri and sat evening they will make the yummiest chicken fried chicken. The ribs and the prime rib are also delicious, and they have one of the few buffets I like Sunday morning. THE BUFFET DID NOT SURVIVE COVID UNFORTUNATELY.

Update, this place used to be amazing but has went downhill considerably. Customer service used to be 5 stars and I will no longer be eating here. I am highly allergic to beef and pork and was asking to have the breakfast turkey from the skillet added to a burrito, I was totally willing to pay whatever extra cost was needed, the owners wife came out and said no you can just get the skillet cause it is offered and, even went out of her way to say i coukdnt put a lunch meat on a breakfast item when i clearly asked for the turkey from the breakfast skillet, not a lunchnitem.was very rude to me and my wife, so we got up and left, WEK'S...

A very strange experience. Sat down with my wife and my toddler son to eat breakfast. When the food was brought the table was crowded due to plates, coffee mugs, a bowl of coffee creamer, and the sugar caddy.

We proceeded to make room by moving the sugar caddy off the table. A server walked up (not our server) and stated the sugar caddy was REQUIRED to be on the table and put it back on. As we did not have enough room, attempting to minimize what was in our toddlers reach we set the sugar caddy on the floor behind us to keep it out of anyone’s way.

A manger then walked up and very rudely stated we could not do that and insisted we were rude to her staff? I guess because we relocated the sugar caddy a second time? The manager proceeded to then raise her voice at us creating a scene. She ripped our plates from us and told us to leave. We attempted to tip our server (as he did a great job) and she wouldn’t allow him to take our money.

Not really sure how this happened but WARNING: DO NOT MOVE THE SUGAR CADDY. Holy smokes do they get upset.

Would love to stop in here at vics for breakfast on the weekends, until this weekend. It was a Saturday morning, and dead. We walked in an requested a table for 3. Although, my 3rd person wasn't there, I figured no harm in asking since most tables sit 4 people. The lady says well I cant seat you until your 3rd person is here. I was like okay he's right around to corner. She said then you can just stand there and wait! I've seen where they will sit their regulars if the whole party is not complete on busy days. Mind you it's dead. She got snappy with me with an ugly attitude so I returned the favor. She didn't like it and just said "we refuse to serve you anymore! You can take your business else where!" So else where I went. Went to the Copper Canyon Cafe on Gibson. The staff was friendly from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. No Grief that we were missing a person from our party and he was 10 mins away still.
