I've spoken with a lady at the sales dept. in which I've asked to do a bid outside of the contract that they have through Albuquerque Public School. She spoke with her management team and they address her to have me contact our Maintenance and Operations department through Albuquerque Public Schools. I've already talked to Albuquerque Public Schools and they said to contact a Electrician vendor to service our issue. In my case I called B&D industries and I let them know that I need services to be done on a "SEPERATE CONTRACT" from what B&D Industries and Albuquerque Public School has. So, who ever is in charge of relaying this information to the lady who is just doing her job is a entitled jerk due to the fact that I've asked to speak with them directly and that person didn't want to come on the line to help me get the services I need. I guess going above and beyond doesn't fit this company. I'll be contacting another commercial electric business and I would not be going to them for any future related issues that could have benefited them...

When B & D heard my elderly mother was living without heat just before Thanksgiving they quickly jumped in to help and made her a top priority! Justin and his guys were over the top professional in behavior and communication. They did whatever it took to get a new heater installed for my mom before she came home from her hospital stay. They were incredibly friendly and didn't complain once about crawling under the house to rip out a 40+ year old furnace. They took great care with everything they did and were ever so polite. Read moreI used this company to install my EV charger at home. During that first interaction, they were very helpful and did the installation with no issues. Since then, I have called to see if they could help me move the EV charger to my new residence and the helpfulness/attention has completely changed. I've called at least 4 times explaining the situation and each time I get the same response saying that someone will call me back or that they need to ask one of the project managers and over the course of about two weeks I have received nothing back. Perhaps they were put off that I asked if there was a discount for repeat customer, being that it cost a couple grand installing the EV charger the first time.
