Came to specific location after checking online availability & hours of operation. At precisely 12:00am & was met with a very disrespectful manager when initially arriving in the drive through manger stated they were only taking online orders. after parking in the parking lot to place online order that was less than 6 minutes I proceeded to return to the drive through but was met with a response that they were now closed. The time was specifically 12:06 and when asked why they were closing early after only 6 minutes she replied rudely stating they were under staffed. I then asked if I could receive my refund or return tomorrow to get my order completed. Manger then cut me off āstating that thatās not her problemā in a very disrespectful tone of voice. Once suggested if she could have a bit more professionalism was again met with more unprofessionalism. to my surprise and utter amazement after critiquing management style was called a N*er by the same manager. I then informed her that I would be calling in a report and that she would be reported to general manager and she replied āI donāt careā prompting me to write this review Iām ashamed to say after years of being a consumer of this company that I have absolutely wiped my hands of this place and if this is how the company is going to allow to be represented I will no longer be spending any more of my hard earned money there. I simply ask that in a world where there is so much divide due to the current circumstances that we as people should give more effort to be kind to one another. And from a professional standpoint be better and have at least the minimal amount of professionalism especially being a manager. I simply ask that something be done because a person like that should definitely not be or ever be a representative of a big company...

The receipt says that my "host's" name was Gabriela. This has to be one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had! This person has absolutely no business working in the food business or in any kind of customer service industry. She acted like doing her job was such a chore. She was rude right from the time that I pulled up to the drive thru. She all but threw my food at me. She was angry and irritated because I had placed an online order and wanted to place one more order due to Wendy's not letting me place two orders from the same phone number. When I told her that, she said they don't allow that and that I would have to drive around again (which I was willing to do). No one else was in line so I wasn't holding anyone up. I really hope that this person doesn't work there for long but either way I will not be going back to that location ever again. If you work at this location, I'm sorry for you because she made all of you look bad. I took into account that some people have bad days. Gabriela, it is apparent, hates what she does and hates people. Wendy's would do well to at best, reprimand her or write her up and teach her that she can't be that way in the business she's in. I would caution all of you as long as this person works there. If you have the same kind of experience, please write a review. Ā Ā Ā Read moreI (a male) came here with my male-to-female transgender friend and these people were cruel in every aspect of our encounter: whispering, sniggering, sending other employees to the window to stare and laugh, and they made it an overtly purposeful point to say, "How are you GUYS?", "Thanks GUYS", "Have good one GUYS", "Here's your change, GUYS", each time disproportionately emphasizing the word 'guys'. If trans women are not welcome at Wendy's then they should follow the example of the hatred of old Alabama with their 'NO COLOREDS" signs in the windows and make a "NO LGBT" sign to put in theirs. My fries we're decent, my burger was decent, my drink was fine. Her burger was notably old and dry and thrown together on a stale bun, her large fry was 2/3 full of cold stale fries, and her 'Unsweet Tea with light ice" was a sweet tea PACKED with ice and had flakes of the gunk that sticks to the tea canister when it's not cleaned properly. She's not one to waste animal products but was afraid to eat this meal, expressing her concern that such bullies are sure to have absolutely ZERO professional integrity, making the prospect of their tampering with her food with spit or worse highly probable. I offered to take her somewhere else, but she was far too shamed and demoralized to a point that she just wanted to go home and go to bed. I will NEVER eat at Wendy's again. How dare the employees of my now formerly favorite fast-food restaurant display such hatred, intolerance, and abuse toward a paying customer, and how dare Wendy's hire such evil and loathsome people....
