I ordered 2 separate Baconator meals, one for me and one for my driver and it was more than $24. When I got home, I found there was NO BACON on mine at all! It was just a plain little cheeseburger. I called my driver and his didn't have any bacon EITHER. I looked in vain for a receipt. That was missing also. But when I called them, they refused to do anything about it unless I gave them a receipt number. Kind of convenient for them, if you ask me, since they're the ones who are supposed to make sure I have a receipt. I notice other folks have complained about missing bacon. I suspect this may be a way of saving a lot of money because bacon is expensive. I live very close by, but I'll never go there again. After 20 years of frequenting this establishment, I have had my limit of mistakes. It's too bad, really, because the food, when cooked properly and the orders gotten right, can be quite good. Read moreI came into location and ordered with a man, he didn't have a name tag on, reciept stated Jonathan. He greeted me and I ordered at 119pm. I wasn't given any up sells, which I like, but he was polite. Received my ordered at 121pm. Most of the drink selection was limited as they were out of most drinks, but they had diet drinks. They have a ketchup dispenser, but the machine was out of ketchup. I notified the staff and they handed me packets of ketchup and promptly refilled the ketchup. Other condiments were organized neatly and as for the rest of the location. Clean inside and out, but the bathrooms were a bit messy. To get into the bathroom the staff needs to open it for you. A gentleman, a different person than Johnathan eho didn't have a name tag, helped me. He didn't seem pleased to assisted me as I he mumbled something as we walked to the bathrooms, but it seemed like I was inconveniencing him. I ordered a #2 Meal (medium) with a Dr Pepper, a large water, and a large cup of ice through the drive-thru. There was initially a mix-up with the charge for the water and ice, but it was corrected. However, I wasn’t given a receipt.
When I got back to work and started eating, I noticed my burger patties were extremely undercooked—practically raw. I took photos because it was very unappetizing and not what I expected. Unable to return to the restaurant, I tried calling twice, but both times the phone rang for an extended period before disconnecting with a loud beeping sound. On the second call, there was silence before it cut off, making it impossible to report the issue.
