This review is to the owner and the employees of this current Wingstop I was called a few days ago I think by the manager of the store after I did a survey I ordered voodoo fries extra crispy and set a future time of 6 PM by accident so as I was already on my way to the store I went into the store hoping I could just get my order made so I can get it ready to go and they had already made the order and the fries were soggy so after I finish the survey the owner or the GM of the store called me and apologized and offered me to retry the fries and gave me some free boneless wings is what she told me and I couldnāt come in that current day or Friday or Saturday because I had work early in the morning so I come today on Sunday hoping I could redeem that quality factor And give this Wingstop another chance I thought the employees were informed that I was coming in or something like that (I was told I could wait to redeem the fries and wings up until the end of the month) that was not the case at all and I guess my name wasnāt written down or anything so I couldnāt redeem the store for its last performance the employees some are nice some of them act like they hate their job and project out on customers I work in the food industry as well and I know that things can be very stressful for customers as well as employees that does not give them the right to project that on the customers I will not be coming by this location for Wingstop ever again I am very disappointed and I would not recommend the store to anyone I will not be giving the store another chance first impressions are everything and Iām glad that the owner or GM called me about my experience although I went in thinking I was going to redeem the store and recommend it to everyone else that was not my experience thank you Wingstop...

When door dash arrived with my order it was incorrect, I decided to contact wing stop and explain my order was incorrect and the person who I spoke with explained that there was a second order that would be delivered shortly because they had given the door dash driver the incorrect order. I waited for 30 additional min and my order still hadnāt arrived. I called wing stop once again and the same person who'm I had talked to previously explained she talked with her manager Robert and that he suggested I call door dash because that wasnāt their fault. I was very upset when the women on the phone told me that so I asked to speak with her manager Robert. When I talked with Robert he said he couldnāt do anything about it because they sent out the correct order with the 2nd driver and that I had to call door dash. I asked Robert if door dash drivers walk into their kitchen and grab which ever order they wish to which he responded no. He said our staff verifies the order for the dash driver and then gives him/her the order they need to deliver. I asked him for my money back because it was ridiculous that no one at wing stop took any responsibility for giving out the wrong order, Iāve never had this type of horrible customer service nor will I ever order from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOn 7/7/21 at 10:15 I drove to the wing stop from Unser and sage to get food we got there at 10:15pm and were asked if we were there for pick up we said no we wanted to order and the lady that was there told us sorry we already shut off our fryers . I work retail so I know how it is to want to get home after work and a customer comes in with in the last hour but we still help the customer because with out customers we have no business. I donāt usually leave reviews but this upset me a lot we still had 45 minutes before close and instead of helping the customer they turned us away . Why have hours listed on the door or on the web if you are allowing your staff to close early . Maybe you should fix your times to reflect when you let your staff close.
