Wingstop — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Shame on me, I knew this place sucked but my daughter guilted me to ordering. We did an online order ($60) for my family which said 15-25 min. We show up 20 min later to the order not being ready. When I walked in, I was not greeted, just got "call in order??" To which I answered yes, the woman said " last name??!" And I said my name. The music was so loud, she said "What!?" So I raised my voice and repeated my name, and the woman acted offended and like I was crazy. Then she just sort of walked off. Another person came by and asked if I needed anything, said she helped me and the woman came back and said "still working on it" We sat and waited for an additional 10 min and finally it was ready. We drive the 10 min back to my home to find they forgot voodoo fries. I've known the food was not good here, but I had hoped at least they could get my order right. I was not going to go back, so I called and asked to have a refund. I spoke with someone who couldn't handle my questions, without warning just handed the phone off to someone and now a woman who identified herself as the manager got on the line and informed me that I would have to come down to the store for a cash refund, even tho I paid with a card. I refused and asked for the corporate phone number as well as the store number. She asked if the wanted the store number to complain. I confirmed and she informed me that even if I complain, I'm still going to have to deal with her. I said great, thanked her and hung up. The chicken is not good, soggy "crispers", overly breaded boneless wings. Wingstop needs to revamp...

If I could put 0 I would , I ordered from here often and never had any issue. The one time an issue arises I called to let them know my issue because we had wings missing , I wasn’t upset I didn’t want a refund all I wanted was just the the few that were missing fixed. The manager on duty Carina said that since we had started eating them there was nothing they could do . I reached out to the contact info on their app and immediately after I received call after call after call from an unknown number then when I finally answered the phone it was Carina on the other line upset that I complained and demanding that she told me to bring back the wings but she never mentioned this when we initially talked. I felt attacked and I hung up and my husband called the store for the managers name and the girl who answered Dee said it was Brenda Loya but when I asked for the manager on duty she said it was Carina and wouldn’t give me her last name because she was on break. So this has now ruined my experience with this location, they are unprofessional and completely incompetent. There’s a million ways that they could have offered to try to make this right all for 3 wings , wow. I wasn’t even accusing the company of not supplying the correct amount I thought it was the dasher because the bag was open but they wouldn’t help me . 3 MONTHS to get a refund processed! Made a large online order 2 hours ahead of when I wanted to pick it up for a party. Went when it was supposed to be ready and they hadn't even started my order. They expected me to wait another hour and a half because because they were busy. I demanded a refund (as did 3 other groups) but the manager refused to come out of the kitchen and the person working the register didn't know how to refund online orders. She just told us not to worry that they would get refunded but it would take 7 to 10 days to process. I asked for a print out or something but she couldn't give us anything. It was ridiculous. like the entire place was run by incompetent children with people getting more and more upset. I should have taken a video of her promising that we will get refunded but I didn't. Disputed the charge with my bank and they tried contacting the business in writing. No response. They tried contacting them again, finally agreed to refund. This took 3 MONTHS! Generally my least favorite place to get wings, but it was down the street from the party.
