Del Taco — Restaurant in Albuquerque

On Friday, August 13th, At 7:07pm, I was visiting Del Taco going through the Drive Thru; I ordered a Chicken Guacamole Crunchtada, 1/2 Bean and cheese burrito, 2 The Del Tacos, 1 Macho Fries; I received a mobile coupon for a free The Del Taco a Bogo special, and a Military discount. I got home and my Chicken Guacamole Crunchtada was awful: beans and guacamole were black, no chicken, no tomatoes, no cheese, just lettuce and my fries were soggy. Everything else looked ok. I called Del Taco at 7:45pm and spoke to Shift Supervisor Jackie about it and she said to bring it and they'll fix it. So I got there at 8:05pm went inside and showed her and they remade the chicken guacamole Crunchtada and fries and gave me a free soda. They kept my receipt but let me keep the nasty Crunchtada. I took pictures of it. It looked like it had been out all day or for a week. Their restrooms were dirty, the kitchen floor was dirty, the drive thru window area was dirty and the dining area was dirty. I saw roaches in the restroom. Don't go here unless you want food poisoning! Don't order their Crunchtadas they look disgusting!!!! Reported it to the City...

If you deliver at this place past midnight. Or go there for food arm yourself not a joke. This place is a hub for homeless and drug addicts. In fact, I had to call 911. On a delivery order this morning. At 5 o’clock because I counted 10 people in the drive-through line. Milling around. It was like an insane asylum. Had let the doors open. I’ve delivered all over the city and this is the first time I felt like my life was genuinely in danger. If you want to go there during the day, it’s probably OK but for your own safety, take my warning and avoid this place at night. And the call to 911 was because one of the downtrodden that was in the middle of the drive-through lane walking around had a crowbar. And not kidding one of the others was selling potted plants with the tags from Home Depot up the street still on them. So one was armed, and the other was selling stolen merchandise in the drive-thru!! I even told the lady working the window when I finally roll down my window briefly just to grab my order as quick as I could she should be calling the...

Another fantastic experience in fast food dining. This place offers great food, a very clean restaurant and very professional employees. They have very attractive prices and weekly specials like their 3 tacos for $1.49. They also have unusual items in a fast food Mexican restaurant. They offer a French fry combo with tacos and they also offer milkshakes which are actually very tasty. I go on Tuesdays and get the taco special and as always you get good quality food. The lettuce is always, and I mean always fresh and a good amount of cheese and a good portion of meat. Even though they are less than 50¢ each they are always perfect. Try going to the place with the Chihuahua and the bell and theirs are $1.29. In conclusion if you like good quality fast food Mexican give Del Taco a chance. They are also open 24 hours which is a big plus for me because I often wake up at unusual hours and do not want to cook. They also have a good breakfast...
