Taco Bell — Restaurant in Albuquerque

Every visit I have had my orders incorrect even after repeating myself several times. They have given me stale taco shells with my tacos, I asked for a tostada with no tomatoes and received a flat shell with just bean and cheese on it. Then they tried to hand me someone else's order. I have visited this location 3 times just because it was the last place to stop for fast food on my way home to a hungry family. Everyone was rather upset. I worst if all because it happened 3x's. I tried calling the location to complain and they never answered the phone. So I wrote then a message on their web page and I have NOT heard a single word back from them at all. I wasted my money and my time, and dinner for my family those 3 eventful evenings was ruined! HORRIBLE is all that can represent this location for what was already my last choice...

Doesn’t seem like a good location at all. We waited forever for a person to take our order at the drive-thru and when a guy finally got to us, my dad tried to order Cinnabon Delights, but the guy taking his order said, “We don’t have those!” in a rude tone of voice, so we just drove off. The other thing I don’t like is that they still advertise the Mexican Pizzas, even though I read on Google that they’re discontinuing them until the fall. All the locations have a piece of paper on their menus that just say, “Sorry, we’re out of Mexican Pizzas.” Nope, they’re not serving Mexican Pizzas at all, they’re just discontinuing them until the fall, so why would they write pieces of paper that say, “out of Mexican Pizzas” instead of saying, “Mexican Pizzas being discontinued...

If I could give this Taco Bell zero stars I would but I can’t so one will have to do. The food service atmosphere are so horrible it’s beyond belief. I went in to this Taco Bell restaurant with my spouse. When we went to go place our orders the staff were so rude you tell them your order and they become a record or anything else and just completely ignoring what your saying I got the simplest order a chicken quesadilla , when I got my quesadilla it wasn’t cut my spouse went and asked them to cut my quesadilla the rook it for 15 minutes then gave it back cut like a baby did it then instead of handing it to us like we’re people it was toss on the countertop worse Taco Bell in all of Albuquerque...
